Poor quality - stopped working in a year

I enjoyed and loved this soundbar since I bought it. Unfortunately though, right at the mark of using it for a year it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to Bose and because it was right out of their 1 year warranty they will not honor any repairs. When you pay a premium for a premium quality company you don't expect it to stop working after a year - so my recommendation: Save the money, buy something cheaper..

Very disappointed in this sound bar. We bought this unit to use in our motorhome. The tv in the motorhome is not loud enough when the air-conditioning is running so we bought this sound bar. We chose this model because of past experience with Bose and its compact size. But it is no louder than the tv. Very disappointed.

I purchased this sound bar strictly for music via Bluetooth. The sound is muffled and it is not loud at all. It sounds more like a boom box, I paid $250 for it and immediately returned it in exchange for a $200 Sony sound bar 2.0 with a sub woofer included, the Sony sound bar was well worth my money.

I have a late model Sony flat screen and the "universal" remote that comes with the package will not completely link up with the TV or the Cox high speed cable box.. If Bose can't make a remote that will hook up with a Sony or a major cable company, it's garbage. Now I have to pack the thing up and take it back.

When I purchased the Solo 5 soundbar, I didn’t realize at the time that I bought the wrong one. I had to return it and I purchased the Soundbar 500 and I love it!¡!

Only lasted 3 years. Sound was average. Continually had to unplug to reset system. Buyer beware. There has to be a sound system that is better and that will last longer.
