Good Sound, very poor build quality

Good sound, the fit is really good, and like the clip that keeps the cable in place on your back. After a couple of weeks, the rubber around the cable began to peel. Now it is so bad the the cable is expose and the rubber is continuing to peel. I'm calling Bose to see what they'll do about this issue and will update my review either down or up form there.

She was VERY happy with it... until it broke about seven months later. The earpiece just stops giving off any sound. We had it replaced, but who knows how long the next one will last.
