Alternative to beats 3

Luckily, Apple replaced those ear buds and I didnt want to return the Bose ones - so I now have both! Build quality is superior, the max sound level however is not what you would expect. It's probably 75% of any other headphone in a similar model. Other gripe I have about it is, the right ear bud keeps coming off when I am running on treadmill. It could be because controls are on right side of the cord. There's an iphone app, but not of much use.
