Good when they stay connected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These phones sound great...BUT....the bluetooth connection rarely ever stays connected..its pretty annoying to have to go back into the phone to hit play...and then it says my headphones are reconnected. Bose f-ed up here...not sure why they suck in terms of staying connected. Its hard to recommend something that doesn't meet all your expectations.

Thank you for providing your review of the SoundSport wireless headphones. Glad to hear you enjoyed the sound quality! However, we see that you had a few issues with the Bluetooth connection. We can understand how annoying that can be and we definitely want to help!
Here are a few troubleshooting tips to try:
Let's try resetting your headset, and then clear the Bluetooth paired device list on your headphones. Then, try re-pairing with your device.
To reset your headset:
1. Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on).
3. Unplug USB cord from headset and wait 1 minute.
4.Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly.
To clear the Bluetooth pairing list:
1. Power off the headphones
2. Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button for 10 seconds, until you hear “Bluetoothdevice list cleared.”
If this does not improve, please contact our Bose technical support team for further assistance. Contact information can be found located on the Bose website.

Didn't last 90 days

At first I thought they were the best thing since slice bread. The sound quality was good and the bass was even better. Fast forward to Oct 2018 - I took a two hour bike ride and my Bose's were fully charged. After the ride they died and I was suspicious as to why. I went home and charged them again. The next day they worked for like 20 mins and cutoff again. Now they will not even turn on. I charge them and the green indicate is on notifying they are fully charge, but nothing happens when you push the power button. I am taking them back to BestBuy now, especially since I noticed I purchased the warranty for them. They cost way too much for a 2 hour bike ride to destroy them. I will stick to my Beats for now on!
