This Bose soundbar is great with rich, full sound. Bose has great products for folks who can tell the difference.

After a trail & error w/other products. This1 came thru. The Bluetooth capability, add ons & quality are great.

I have nothing bad to say about the soundbar. It connected up my LG TV via HDMI connector, and I can control the sound through the LG TV remote. I know that some people connect it through an optic cable, but the HDMI connection makes it so that the soundbar is controlled through the TV and comes on automatically with it when the TV is turned on. I like using less remotes.

Bose really have outdone themselves with this soundbar. It fills a large room with clear sound and looks great.

when i connected bose on my tv... sound of my hdtv was renatkably improved to real life sound as if you were there!

This sound bar is in a league of its own! Room filling crisp sound, absolutely blows the competition away! I would definitely recommend pairing it with the matching sub, the two make an amazing package, that make for enjoyable movie nights! This will rock your room! The only downside is when mated to my Samsung 8 series tv the arc connection begun to turn off the output, I now have it connected via optical cable and haven't had any issues since. Overall excellent product.

Bose is Bose.....NEVER disappointing. With the subwoffer gets even better. It is worth the investment

I bought my wife a Soundtouch 30 speaker for Christmas and was so pleased with it, that I decided to update our A/V system by buying a Soundtouch 300 bar with the complimentary subwoofer. I was aware that Bose products were expensive, but was willing to pay the price because of the quality of the speaker we bought. I got home and unpacked everything. When I opened the manual, I was completely taken by surprise. The instructions were less than minimal.... I had to go to the web to view their setup video in order to actually get a good idea of what I was supposed to do. I plugged in the power cord and connected the optical cable to the connections on my Sony Bravia KDL48W600B. According to the instructions, I was supposed to then plug in the subwoofer and follow the steps to pair the two devices. So far so good.... The next step was to use the special headset that came with the bar to "tune" it to the acoustics of the room. That step went without a problem. Finally, I connected the system to my laptop (NOT in the instructions) to download and install any system software updates to fix software bugs using the SoundTouch application. I was now ready to check the sound from the TV. According to Sony's instructions, all I had to do was to change the audio option from "TV Internal Speakers" to "Audio System". Did that and NO SOUND. I thought that maybe the sound bar was defective, so I connected it to my local network and successfully played music from my mobile phone from Spotify. So, maybe the optical connection wasn't working on either the TV or the Sound Bar. I disconnected them and connected using the HDMI ports on both the TV (HDMI-ARC) and the TV-OOUT HDMI on the back of the sound bar. NO SOUND. Frustrated, I looked through the manual to find a toll-free number to call for setup assistance. I called the number 3 times and got a recording that it was a toll-free number for a local company, and then hung up. Not wanting to sit and type using CHAT, I started searching the web for solutions. Posting after posting had complaints from customers with Sony Bravia (and other brands) not able to connect to this device. I desperately search for a posting that stated "Solved" and found none. The majority of the customers returned the Bose system in total frustration. After playing with the setup for over 3 hours, I packed everything back and will be returning it for a refund. I am totally disgusted with Bose dropping the ball on this product. The manual is sketchy at best with instructions and doesn't show the full instructions on how to use the universal remote. It doesn't even refer to Bose's website where you can download a complete manual for it. Secondly, when I shell out over $1,400 for a sound bar and sub woofer, I expect to have telephone setup support and NOT having to type on my PC through chat and running back and forth to the sound bar trying different troubleshooting steps. Third, I could have chosen to have it professionally set up for an additional fee of $100+, but something so apparently simple in design shouldn't be that difficult for any novice to set up. I have dealt with technology for decades, managed large computer networks, and built custom computers. I have found it easier to build a computer from scratch than to set up this sound system! It's really a shame because the Spotify music sounded unbelievably great. If you DO choose to buy this sound bar, I would strongly advise you to buy the sub woofer as well because the sound from the SoundTouch 300 by itself (listening to music) is like listening to it from a tin can. It is all midrange and upper with no bass. In conclusion, I would NEVER recommend this system to a friend. The instructions leave much to be desired and the setup is so complicated that the average user can't begin to work with it. I MAY have considered paying the extra for professional setup, but several postings said that when they finally DID get it to work with the TV, it only worked for a day or so and then stopped. I'm really disappointed with Bose - top dollar for poorly designed equipment.

Always been pleased with Bose products. We have 7 systems and all are 5 star. Great sound, quality, and value.

Great system working good and the sound is out of this world. Got to add the two small speaker's to finish it out.

Had a Samsung sound bar that hardly sounded any different than the TV sound. Wanted sound to fit my 65 in. 4K TV and have no regrets. Sound is strong and precise.

I bought the soundbar about a month ago and have been very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and sound.

There is a know problem with the BOSE Sound Touch 300 and Samsung TV's (which I bought together). The HDMI connection just stops working for no apparent reason. The only solution is to use the optical cable. There seems to be some debate as to whether or not the sound quality is as good using the optic cable. Best Buy was aware of this issue according to several articles I have read on the internet. I was steered to this sound bar by the salesman, who showed me the BOSE and a much cheaper, inferior sound bar. I was not aware that the next isle over was filled with many more choices. Had I known about the connection issues with the BOSE sound bar, I may have purchased a different brand. I will be extremely careful, if for some reason, I need to purchase electronics at Best Buy again.

I was going to go with sonos. I then listened to them side by side and there is no comparison. Bose is the best.
