These are reasonably priced decent headphones and microphone for a smartphone

Didn't like the sound quality. The jaybirds 2 were way better

I have owned a set of BOSE earbuds (with mic) for years and years. My old set was wearing so I bought this new set. Two complaints- 1) the sizes of the ear bud covers they give you isn't small enough. The older sets had a small set just perfect for me (my ear openings are on the small side so this is a huge deal) but this new set doesn't. I use these for work conference calls and after each call I my ears are killing me- even hurts to gently pull the ear buds out to rest my ears before the next call. 2) People have a hard time hearing me when I speak and this has never happened in previous years with the older ear buds. Maybe I got a lemon set? I don't know but for what I paid, I am really disappointed. I bought them in July and I think it's too late to return them.

The connecting wires are very average quality. I am pretty sure it will not last for more than 6-8 months . The wires at the joints can break or cut very easily . Perfect delivery from Best Buy but this level of cheap build not expected from Bose

Previously had the over ear bose headphones but wanted something smaller for travel/working out as sometimes the large headphones just don't cut it in that regard. Very happy with both of my Bose products

for the money and the name i thought these would be epic...they weren't. they were on par with the stock samsung earbuds that came with my Note 3. the silicone horn was awkward and clumsy.

Good ear buds that say in my ear, something that is difficult for me to find. Since the buds do not go inside the ear the quality of the sounds is not as good as my old pair of Klipsch buds.

Did an upgrade on replacement plan. Seventeen year old son loves them. Best buds he has ever had. Replaceent plan repurchased and wl.recommend. Have many times already.

These are high quality earbuds. The sound is great and the fit in your ears are ok. Not the best I've had but not the worst.

I bought these because they're BOSE! They have a weird design that doesn't feel like they're in you're ear, regardless of the size insert that you use.

Back in the day when more money went into research and development was the time a company innovated products and progressed. Seems like BOSE forgot about that. I was expecting incredible sound (because it's BOSE), and was disappointed. I had Klipsch before the BOSE and I'm back with Klipsch. Best Buy has 'em both...PLUS Excellent customer service at the BB store when returning. BB gets 5-Stars for taking care of customers.

The sound is great and the volume is really good, I would recommend this product.

He says it wasnt that much better than a pair of cheap headphones he had. I didnt try them, so i dont know.

I have tried countless brands and types of headphones over the years and have never found any that had that magical mix of sound quality, durability, comfort, and ability to stay in/on my ears .... until now. I would never have shelled out $130 for headphones to use for workouts. But, my kids gave me a BestBuy gift card for Father's Day, so I decided to splurge and give the Bose a try. The sound quality is great, as you would expect for the price. But what really sets these apart, for me at least, is the comfort and their ability to stay in my ear when working out at the gym or running. I must have an oddly shaped ear because the ear buds that hang on the groove at the bottom of the ear just fall right out (e.g. the ones that come with iPods, iPads, iPhones, etc). And the ones that wedge into the ear canal get uncomfortable after a while and fill up with ear wax. The Bose headphones have a soft silicone hook that hangs on a ridge above the ear canal and stay in place perfectly, yet are so light and soft that you really don't notice them. I debated getting the more expensive sport model, since I do use these for working out and was worried that sweat could damage them. In the end, I decided to spend the the extra $20 for the BestBuy extended warranty rather than on the sport model that had the exact same look and feel. That way, if they get damaged from workouts (or anything else), I can just get a new pair for free.

These are by far the best headphones I've ever owned. I recommend them to everyone!

It is the Bose quality that I've come to expect. I do wish that the cord was flat, non-tangle.

I love this headphone... But custumer service are suck in gateway locations
