Not the sound I really expected

I understand they aren't noise cancelling, but I found the headphones that were included when I purchased my cell phone actually sound better.

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable about all of the product they stocked. Kudos to Best Buy for their training and for hiring people with disabilities.
