I am very pleased with this item overall, as it is a great retrofit for my vehicle. However, during the installation process, the installer accidentally damaged the compartments in my car. Despite this issue, I am still satisfied the product.

Overall is an average unit, though the sound is good. My real complaint is that every once in while the screen freezes and it won't work until I turn the engine off and then on.

This product looks so good in my 2012 honda. It truly enhanced the look of my car and it’s super easy to use as well! Not over complicated at all in my opinion for someone who does struggle with disability. I can easily read and understand the settings and display.
