WOW! I already had all 3 on DVD and decided to get these to go with my new Blu Ray player. It's no wonder they won awards for sound editing. The picture definitely seemed a little clearer than the DVD's but the sound was incredible. Already good on the DVD version in my home theatre this took it to a new level and I'm not regretting the $65 for upgrading my set. The best thing about it was I have a Sony Blu Ray and a Sony 7:1 AV receiver. Every movie I've played I've had to cycle through my settings to get the best sound. I'm not sure if it was just this movie, my set-up or what but it wouldn't let me change the setting before the movie got started saying it wasn't used. The sound was absolutely perfect so I'm glad it didn't let me mess with it. Motorcylces racing from back left to front right speaker, gun shots echoing and traveling through from front to back. My son and I were laughing at times at how cool the sound was. Visually I use an HD projector that throws a very clear 100 inch picture, I lose a little video quality but this was the best home theatre experience I've had. The movies are great but the Blu Ray version is incredible with the proper set-up. I have other Blu Ray movies that have not provided as good of an experience as these.

The Bourne Trilogy is perhaps some of the greatest examples of innovative storytelling and great acting that Hollywood has cranked out in recent memory. While James Bond is often brilliant, it is also sometimes goofy and unbelievable while the Bourne movies have the same flair for global locations, great story-telling, and an intelligent plot. The filmmaking and camera work is also incredible, thanks to two really great directors of this series, Doug Liman who did a stellar job in the first Bourne film. Also, Paul Greengrass on the next two installments took it to an even higher level. I can't say enough about these films, except if would have been nice to have gotten all four Bourne movies which would have included the Bourne Legacy with Jeremy Renner -- also a very complex movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The first three movies were scored beautifully by John Powell, (Italian Job) who really gave Bourne a theme that endures along with his quirky and punchy rhythm track that just makes the scenes even better. All in all, a great series. Highly recommend.

This review is from BD disc only....the films speak for themselves....quite often I buy BDs and DVDs that arrive either scratched, poorly packaged or both...these arrived in the outside sleeve you see in picture with two disc cases inside...one has the first three films, and the other has "Legacy" inside....watched the first two movies and picture/sound quality was what I've come to expect from BD....crystal clear picture w/ sound not muted or subdued in any way....the menu is well designed, giving you many options including BDLive, Ucontrol, and Extras, but it's the extras that I've been impressed with....on first disc alone, there are alternate opening and closing scenes, extended scenes, deleted scenes, a Ludlum biography, and much more....has to be 90+ minutes of extras, if not more....at this price(app 25.00), I can't imagine getting more bang for your buck....if you're even thinking about it, buy it.

This collection is packed in a nice set that has a nice style. The movies themselves are so entrancing and fast paced. If you're in to the crime/thriller movies you should definitely get yourself this collection. These copies also have extra content that that pops up while watching the movie that helps you understand characters and settings better as the movie plays along. Since there's so much to track with this series sometimes you need some help! Not a negative thing but I'm glad this set has that amazing feature. You can also watch a small window that shows a documentary of the movie as the movie is playing along. I would recommend getting it for the upcoming Jason Bourne movie that is about to come out this year. That's why I got it.

I got these for my brother who thinks the Bourne movies are the best ever made. Who knows how many times he's seen them...this time I watched with him and they are pretty great. After watching all 3 blu-rays in a row he wanted to watch them on DVD to compare! I couldn't quite go that far, but watched a bit to see if there was much of a difference. The sound quality is much improved, a step up worth investing in the blu-rays even if you have the DVD's, especially if you are a Bourne fanatic. From what I've heard this is a common thing.

THe resurgence of the James Bond franchise has somewhat consigned the Jason Bourne trilogy to a historical memory, but don't let it idle there. All three films are smartly made, with great stakes and excellent action that actually does a good job of topping itself from film to film. The picture quality on all blu-ray discs is as good as you could hope, and the extra features actually bring some real insight into the movie-making process.

The Bourne trilogy of movies is a terrific action thrill ride for anyone interested in this genre. The plot, while a bit convoluted at times, does bring the audience along during the guessing game that is at the core of the trilogy..namely, : Who is Jason Bourne? The magnificent locations and Matt Damon's acting combine to make these tree films truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for action lovers.

I love the series! Can't beat blue-ray! Overall, it's the best kind of movie if you're looking for action and story. Behind the scenes and deleted scenes as well as alternate beginnings are on the discs as well. 5 stars for the series and a giant two thumbs up from me! Dad is getting this for Christmas/Birthday, too (since they are both the same day).

Whenever anyone ever asks what my favorite movie of all time is, it is an easy answer, "The Bourne Series". I know it's really 3 movies but I can honestly say that it is at least my favorite series. If you haven't seen it yet I'm sure the buy button is just up a little on your screen. You won't regret it.

Everyone knows how great the films are but what about the Blu Ray transfer? I can say that the picture quality was excellent and the sound is very good. Definitely worth the purchase. However, I've heard another Bourne movie with Damon and Greengrass is in the works so I think that's why this was on sale

I bought this because I had some rewards certificates that needed to be used and it caught my eye. The Bourne trilogy is a rare example of a trilogy that gets better as it goes on and all three movies are absolutely fantastic action movies. I'd recommend this product to anyone in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed all three movies, back to back. there is no waiting for pre-trailers at the start. All were good clean sound and video. I bought Daniel Craig's trilogy movie set and those were just like Bourne's Trilogy set. Both are great,Thanks. Keep making more of these... I'LL BE SATISFIED!

Having seen these a few times over the years I was looking forward to being able to watch them in series. Although the first was somewhat conclusive it was nice to see the second and third roll into each other so well. I haven't picked up the 4th one yet, I hope it holds my attention.

I am sure many of the other reviewers have already praised this series extensively. I will say, "If you dig action coupled with espionage and suspense, then this is for you!"

The Bourne Trilogy was already my favorite series of movies so I was heartbroken when my well worn copy of the Bourne Supremacy got scratched and wouldn't play. I'm not complaining now because I found this. They are still the sane great action-packed films, just in higher higher quality! Win win.

I upgraded my collection from DVD to Bluray. The definition and sound are fantastic! Normally, I am not very into extras, but there are interesting interviews and extra scenes enough to keep me into it for hours. I got a great deal, but I would recommend this even at full price.

Excellent Trilogy for a great Bourne Movies,,.One of the BEST SECRET AGENT movies out there so far, I don't stop to watch theses movies every time I have the chance. MATT DAMON, For me, THE BEST ACTOR for these kind of SECRET AGENT movies so far.,, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

If you've never watched the Jason Bourne series movies and consider yourself a fan of action movies, then you are seriously missing out. Each of these are great movies is filled with a lot of unpredictable action seaparating itself from being "just another action film."

Rewatching this series is better than I remember. Better than the Bond series in many ways. Matt Damon at his best. I usually don't care much for bonus or special features but I am actually impressed with what they did with the Blu-ray version of these movies.

Finally all of the best Bourne movies so far (we'll pretend Legacy never happened) on blu. The video quality gets progressively better with each new installment. Hopefully the next Bourne film with Matt Damon back will be just as good.
