Horrible job by best buy

It was supposed to be excellent condition, it arrived missing the spikes, mounting screws and paperwork. Then when I ran the Marantz software there was a crackling noise coming from the speaker which I believe was a damaged tweeter. Whoever did the check on this should be fired. Even as an open box this speaker was still $1700 dollars. I am extremely disappointed in best buy and may start shopping with crutchfield due to this. Get your house in order best buy.
