Good imaging, very transparent sound! If you have a well recorded disc, it makes it shine! However, if the cd wasn't recorded well, it shows the cd's limitations. I need to upgrade my 80 watt reciever to a more powerful cleaner amp to take full advantage of this speaker.

Excellent well balance sound for music and home theater experience

I had to get a new receiver. The new Denon receiver (and most new ones out now) wasn't compatible with my Bose 901's:( The 901's need an equalizer connected not convenient with the new Denon. These B&W speakers are top of the line! They sound incredible! I hated spending $2k each but they are well worth the money! I compared them at a Magnolia BB store with all they had hooked up. I walked in with intention of getting Definitive speakers but the B&W's sold themselves. You won't be disappointed. It doesn't hurt that they look fabulous, too.

I tried three different speakers before the CM10's. I finally found what I was looking for. These are great. A little pricey but well worth it.

I owned several speakers: KEF Reference 207/2 and Magnepan CS-3.7 - i sold them both online. Guest what Bowers & Wilkins - CM10 S2 is the best speakers for me as i don't need to sit on the sweet spot to get the dynamic of the sound and i don't get listening fatigue. And for the price of B&W it's just awesome. Highly recommended.

In this price range nothing beats the cm10 IMO They are Clear,accurate, Fluid and tight. After looking at the CM9's I auditioned the CM10s and was blown away. Placing the tweeter on top makes a huge dirrerence in distinct highs and producing a much broader and accurate sound stage. If you can budget a few hundred more it is the best choice you will make. These speakers are exquisite

If you have the money and room it's excellent. Make sure to get the subwoofer.

Had def tech 7006, the CM10 S2 have a cleaner and fuller sound especially when playing music. they are not in the same price point but the difference is noticeable. I compared them to the other tower speakers at Magnolia and thought they sounded the best regardless of price. when they went on sale i jumped at the chance to purchase a pair.

I was debating over buying the CM10 S2's for a few months, big investment, but when they went on a clearance price I couldn't resist. They replaced my Klipsch RF-62 towers in my surround sys. They never get harsh like the klipsch with better lows also and everything is very clear and crisp. Hopefully they are the last towers I will buy.

I demoed all the speakers I could find and for the money the CM10 S2s stood out. I have an unusual application for them in that I need to fill a 30 by 35 ft room with sound and they do just that. I've never been so impressed with a speakers imaging as I am with these and I'd say if the cost is in line with your budget, go for it.

The sound quality is amazing! The quality of sound from all our Bowers & Wilkins speakers and subwoofer together was better quality than going to the actual movies. But the sound is also amazing for listening to music as well. The sound comes out crystal clear. Great product.

These are the best speakers I ever seen in that price range. They are bit pricy but every penny worth it. No other replacement for this speaker in this prce range. I strongly recommend this product. Installation & Calibration is straight forward

CM10s are top of the CM series. Coming from 683, the CM10s are slightly better at a much higher cost, but something you cant find in any other speaker. Beautiful clarity and natural sound. You have to hear it understand.

tested a lot of speakers, always had these in the back of my mind. listening to the clarity of the mids and highs is incredible. going through my entire music collection like its the first time i'm hearing them.

These speakers have earned their keep and have exceeded my expectations. High-end audio is addictive, and once you invest you are hooked and with no regrets. Life is too short for bad speakers.

5 years I've researched replacement tower speakers. This is a winner. Price does give one pause. It only stings once and when you sit down for that favorite album all your doubts will melt away.

I have had Bowers & Wilkins speakers for over 20 years. I have bought the top of the line CM series speakers it doesn't get any better than that.
