I have been an audiophile for thirty years now. I have owned and listened to countless audio speakers, electronics, and associated gear. I must say, you would be hard-pressed to get so much sound quality for the price elsewhere! These speakers are not cheap, but I could not build them for near as little money. Highly recommended! I eventually got a subwoofer, and crossed it over at 62 Hz. The sub adds some very low end, but is not absolutely necessary.

I could go on and on about how amazing these speakers sound but my words are just that. You really need to find out for yourself how amazing they are. I went with the white because I wanted a different look and my girlfriend wanted me to get the black ones, but even after that she loves the speakers as well. DO NOT go cheap on your HT components as you will not get the full range of what these speakers can do. I went with a Marantz 6010 at first and moved up to the 7010 and the difference was very noticeable. I planned to eventually go with a separate Amp and pre amp but at this point the 7010 is doing everything I want and then some. Many people will tell you that you have to get a center channel with these. I also own the cms2 Center, but I really did it more for the look of my home theater setup than lack of audible dialogue issues. The center was an improvement and I would not take back the purchase but if you set these up correctly, all you really need is a great receiver and good sub. I am pairing mine with a Martin Logan dynamo 500 and it is more than adequate, I actually have it turned down pretty low. The only con for these speakers is that I wish I would have purchased them sooner. The sales people at Best Buy were Awesome(capital was intended), and they got me everything I needed without me asking for it. I had don a ton of research about my setup and knew that I was going to be spending close to $9k on my audio, they helped me save some money in ways I was not expecting and was a great experience.

I listened to many speakers before purchasing the BW CM10. For the money, these are the most transparent speakers you can get. They sound the way the music was recorded. The flip side is if the music wasn't recorded very well, then the CM10s show those flaws also.

Helped a friend install a new home theater system with these speakers at the heart. After I dialed them in they performed excellent. Very open and full sound that works great in a multichannel setup as well as by themselves in stereo. The imaging is amazing on these. If you can't jump up into the diamond series these are the next best thing.

I NEVER post reviews of anything I ever buy. This was one of the best purchases I have ever made in my life. The sound quality out of these speakers is simply out of this world, its unparalleled. You literally hear every note, every instrument, every crack of a voice, every pin drop hitting the floor. These speakers are utterly exquisite. They are 2000 dollars a pop for a reason. You will never need to buy a speaker ever again. Your hunt for the perfect speaker is over, purchase this speaker and do it now. I bi-amped my speaker to get even better sound quality. I paired these speakers with a Marantz SR7010 integrated receiver and am so so so impressed. I find myself listening to all my favorite music over again just to hear tones i've never heard! These speakers just look like the real deal as well. I keep the grill off for a nice glossy look with the beautiful yellow midrange driver on the top gleaming. Way to go B and W on a truly phenomenal product. I would pay even more for these speakers knowing how good they sound.

Bought these bowers and wilkins speakers with a pioneer sc-89 receiver, vodka hdmi cables by audioquest, and using Bi-wire speaker wire. Great sound from these speakers. Great sound for the price. I heard the 804 diamond series compared to the CM10s and there was a difference but not a $3500 difference in sound. CM10s are definitely worth it over the CM9s. Cm10s are worth the extra money from the Cm9. Will always recommend bowers and wilkins.

Well worth every penny. They sound great and look awesome especially with the covers off. It's a much- buying a receiver that works with Airplay (Apple appreciators) makes bluetooth that much easier.

These are the speakers to get. Bowers and Wilkins only changes their product like every 8 years and since the CM series came out if 2014, there's still 6 years left these speakers will be in stock at the same $1999 price and if purchased, will be with you for an extra 10 years after that. They will comfort you throughout every movie, song, video game, or sports game played through them as your friends and family will know you as "that guy" with "those" speakers. Keep in mind they output 300W so complimenting them with the right preamp/amp or receiver(bi-amped) is something I'd talk to your Magnolia Home Theater Consultant about. But he's not trying to upsell you on these, these are the real deal. I listened to so many speakers before settling on the CM10 S2's speakers. These speakers need real good power and I mean both good/clean AC power and a big amp. I have a tube amp and it makes these speakers sing beautifully. Also, I recently added a dedicated 20amp line to my audio area and there was a tremendous improvement in the bass/mids/highs and the overall listening experience. If possible, run a dedicated line to your audio room. Your listening experience will never be the same.

I struggled with spending this kind of money on speakers, but once installed them in my home they are worth every penny. The sound is amazing.

Bass on this is really good. so is the tweeter. very fun sounding speakers. full range. I have heard better but you can live with this speaker for a life time.
