I bought this to take on a work trip. I was alone in the car so I needed a hands free option to get directions. It comes with 2 different mounting options. I only used the vent holding option. This proved to be satisfactory. It only fell out twice in the 10 hours I drove. It also comes with 2 different magnets for your phone. One is almost like a Pop-socket, but a ring that you can hold. The other is a large flat disk. I used the pop-socket one for 1 day. There was not sufficient surface area so if you didn't have it in the very middle of the mount it would fall off. Aside from that the rotational part of the pop-socket fell off and would not stay on for more than 5 minutes. More than likely a defective part. Since that didn't work well I switched to the large flat disk, which worked great. The disk was large enough that you could mount the phone almost anywhere on the magnet mount and it would hold tight. This makes it worth it. If I were to make a suggestion, I would chose to buy a RAM mount instead. Those things are pricey, but worth it.

This item looks great. However, the weak magnet doesn’t hold phone very well with a case on it. I have another mount in my other vehicle that holds much better.

Good hold but sometimes XS max falls If I don’t center it exactly on the holder. Otherwise sleek design would work perfectly for smaller phones and works decent for my big one.

The small magnet doesn't work well if you have a big phone and the wire cable holders don't stick well either - the larger magnet works well but doesn't stick to the phone well and came off my phone several times. If I hadn't bought it already and used all the stick packets, I would have returned it. Especially for the price... ehhh product.

Great phone mount for the car. I had a limited amount of space to mount on my dash and set this up in the right spot but after a couple months the bearing that lets it rotate became very loose and swivels when ever I turn in my car, causing it to knock phone off the mount.

the only thing that really upsets me about this products is the just the strength of the magnet is not good. It could barley keep a hold of my Samsung S9 and eventually after a bump on the road the phone would fall...

Overall convenience was good but parts missing for accessory vent clip. No return call from company. Prompt response from email though. Expect resolution of missing parts to be resolved to my satisfaction.

Nice looking and adhesive is strong so it stays in the desired location. I feel the mag sets could be a little stronger but overall does its job. Comes with some extra mounting options which is nice.

The device is extremely good looking and in fact the best looking I have seen unlike the other similar cell phone holders out there. When not in use it actually looks like it belongs in your car. I have had several magnetic and clamp type holders and this is the best I have ever owned.

All though it looks very nice. If you have the larger phones the magnet is not strong enough to hold the phone up

I don’t even use it. It really doesn’t work well on my vehicle. I should have taken it back, but I didn’t.

It’s a great looking magnet, but the glue it contains to stick on the the dash or anywhere on the vehicle is not good at all. DO NOT BUY IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS A LEATHER DASHBOARD. Will only stick to plastic. Would have also like it if the vent clip would already have a magnet to it....it’s unnecessary to include it if you can’t stick your phone to it.

My phone falls off the magnet when I hit a bump in the road. I wanted to like this product because of its sleek design but my phone does not stand a chance of being supported if I drive over a pothole, perform hard turns, etc. not the best product to get if you drive Uber.

Bought for my husband (he drives all around the metroplex for work). Did not stick well to the dashboard-he superglued it!!! After he did that he has so many people commenting on how well it hold his phone!

I needed a simple mounting system for my iPhone in my 2000 ML320 because of tight dashboard space, and I got tired of laying my phone inside the center console, I began considering a vent mounting system like the Bracketron. After purchasing the Bracketron, I attached the low-profile, magnetic pad to the back of my iPhone and the swivel bracket to my center dashboard vent. So far so good. The mounting seems very stable, and the location on the vent makes my iPhone easy to access. The magnetic mount is solid and the phone or mount doesn't work loose even during drives on rough roads. I'm happy with the mounting system so far. Only wished the Bracketron logo and color of the plate attached to the iPhone was less obvious.

It’s a good clean mounting system, but the magnetic loop provided for the back of the phone just feel off the back after a couple of hours of use. Switched to the actual magnet and have had zero issues.

Like the functionality of the holder, as it can be adjusted and makes it easy to see the map directions while driving. But the sticky attachment for the dash is not strong enough to hold.

I wanted this product to work and it would have been a great design except one major flaw, it doesn't stick to the interior of my car. Maybe works with another surface but was disappointed I had to return this item. To be fair I still haven't found a good replacement.

If you have an iPhone I would definitely not recommend this product, the phone is to heavy for the magnetic chip to hold it, especially when doing turns

This mount holds the phone securely. One problem is the the adhesive doesn’t stick well to any part that isn’t perfect.
