My only slight complaint is that sometimes it's slightly "bouncy" on rougher roads, but if I reposition the phone it clears up. Certainly not enough to knock a star off. Options for positioning the phone are plenty. Very happy with this purchase.

I was still able to use it since the other side was working fine. After almost another year, that spring lost its action as well. Very disappointing for an expensive holder. I found one that's almost the same for 1/4 the price elsewhere and it's holding up well after a year.
