Looking at the picture of this unit, I was concerned it would wiggle and bounce or that the long leverage would cause it to come off the windshield. But this unit works remarkably well! The ratchet system that sucks it the windshield is incredibly strong. I am surprised car manufacturers don’t use it for factory installation of the rear view mirror. The clamp that holds the widest of phones (3 3/4”) is cushioned to securely hold the phone, and a simple push on the side button releases it. I drive different cars for my job and the flexibility and sturdyness of this unit would work for any car. It doesn’t bounce or shake while driving, and easily adjusts to any angle. Perfect.

Great holder and good adjustability would recommend

I purchased this because I’m an Uber and Lyft driver. The holder is easy to set up and holds the phone securely. The phone has slipped out once or twice. You just need to be sure to close the grippers securely before driving.

I've gone to making sure I'm hands free. This was easy to put in and easy to adjust. Works better than some of the others I've used in that the arms wrap and hold the phone in place better. Only issue I have is if the phone isn't in there it rattles some, so I have to close it up. Not end of the world.

Great product and strong suction, like the intensity adjustment for added secure, only down fall is after couple of adjustments the support shaft starts to pull away from base but is still secure just cosmetic look

Not as good as my last window cellphone mount holder but decent enough. Does the job. My last one lasted almost 2 years before the plastic that attaches to the suction cup started to deteriorate and finally broke. This new one I got looked the same and was the same price, thought it was the same one I had last time but isn't. This cellphone mount has a lot of vibration compared to my last one, it's strudy but doesn't have as thick of a flexible arm as my last one. I think this might be where the vibration comes into play. It also doesn't have a swivel head, so it's not as customizable with the angles.

After trying out four different holders, I finally decided to stick with this one. Suction works very well. The ONLY downside is I wish I had a little more length from windshield. everything works great so far

This was a terrific find. My husband bought one and when I saw it I knew I had to get each of my two daughters one. Super easy to install, no intrusion, doesn't block windshield, doesn't leave any marks, fully adjustable. Bought one for myself as all three of us drive older cars. Thankful we now don't have to juggle a phone in our cup holder or on our lap or dashboard! Super Best Buy deal- bought all three for less than $35 with instant Best Buy pickup at local store. Highly recommend- true qualit, not some cheap flimsy thing off of Amazon that we had previously ordered and threw away as junk. Best Buy wins again!

This is the third one of these I've purchased over the course of 2 years. I use one in each of my vehicles and the third when I need a device similar to a tripod when using my phones camera to take close up photos. They are well designed and also well constructed. Simply wet the suction pad, place it on a flat surface and pull the small lever which creates the suction which lasts indefinitely on glass and plastic. You then can form the flexible arm to accomodate any viewing angle. I'm a design engineer and usually very critical of most products. Can't find a flaw in this device.

Best window mounted phone holder. I have had this for two months. Easily attached to and removed from windshield. Only takes seconds to set up. Grips window tightly and does not fall off. Width adjust with ease for easy removal and placement of phone. Great for personal or business use.

This was the best money I've spent on the car in a long time. The unit attaches easily and firmly, is adjustable in virtually any way, and holds the phone firmly. Mine is set where the phone is horizontal just above the dash so it doesn't block my line of sight. When needed, it can easily be rotated vertically. There is one issue. The suction cup grip comes loose in cold weather sometimes causing the unit to fall to the floorboard during driving.

Bought this for an iPhone 6. The suction to the windshield holds firm, even in Summer. The neck is flexible, yet stiff. Hold the phone well. Very happy with this purchase.

Love having the phone hands free and in easy view. Stays put in the windshield mount. I think one side of the arm movement doesn’t open correctly after short period of time but still functioning well.

I've tried many products but this one does the job properly. Holds any type of phone with a case on it as well. Not going to drop while driving which has happened to me with just about every other product I've tried, therefore I had to give props! Great for all cars or suvs.

It's has a strong suction cup which holds up well to the window, arms are adjustable, it should fit any phone. Only con, the grip isn't as tight on a thin iPhone so it sometimes can flop forwards.

This is going to work perfectly for my husband in his SUV. It's too tall for my Prius, the angle of the windshield leaves no room between it and the dashboard. But for larger vehicles it's super!

While it's not a steal of a price to pay I think its worth the $20 invested. I've readjusted the mount twice and haven't had trouble at all. Stays put. Signed, an aggressive driving Realtor

Mounted at the beginning of winter and defroster hasn't affected the suction. It is staying on the windshield great, and the arm is long enough and flexible enough to bring my phone within reach from a very angled windshield. Just as handy-and handsfree as my car radio.

Good construction, easy to install and remove, and its low profile. My only complaint is that sometimes the arm rotates slightly downward from the suction cup, other than that, its awesome!

First, let me thank the Best Buy team member who recommended this product with only a brief description of what I wanted and issues I was having. It's for my wife and she has the iPhone 7 Plus with a Nodus Access case. The case is leather and the issue was that with my Kenu holder from Target, it only fit in the vent and the way my vents are setup in my Toyota Camry and Toyota Corrola is couldn't quite sit comfortably in the vent. I explained that the Kenu holder also didn't seem to quite grip the whole 7 Plus with this leather case wrapped around it. She immediately pointed this holder out. Funny thing was I was already researching other options around $34.99 and they seemed like they would go great. Alas, she came right to this and said, this will work perfect and she wasn't lying. Her phone easily.....easily fits within the wide grippers on the sides to hold her phone AND case. However, it's not overly bulky; it just simply holds in its position. Another great thing is that this piece has 'feet' to hold the bottom of the phone in a ''just in case' type scenario. I will add pics when I get some time but this would be 6 stars if I could choose that. Great job Bracketron and thank you to the team member who knew her stuff and made the best recommendation!
