The description said would fit "" most "" 7-10" tablets but my Insignia was too short in landscape mode and too long in portrait mode. Like an idiot I didn't read the reviews or measure the tablet to make sure it fit. I really like the stand and for only $20 I would MacGyver it to work. My first thought was to take it apart and remove the retaining arms and just use Velcro to attach the stand. Once apart I noticed I could modify the arms by remove the plastic stop and on one arm removed the plastic holding the spring in place. I was able to keep the springs on the other arm for retention but still had to remove the plastic block. Now the Stand fits my tablet tightly in landscape mode and I love it. I recommending it to everyone I know who has a tablet.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet and even got a Samsung cover for it but I could only prop it up in a landscape position and I usually use it in portrait mode so I decided to try this out and it works really well. Not only does it prop up the tablet in either mode but there seems no end to the different elevations. So happy I got this & I highly recommend it.
