Unfortunately, the manufacturers not only chose a horrible polymer to make this charger, but also did not account properly measure dimensions for the phones it is intended to accommodate; the dash bracket does not allow for proper alignment of phone while charging. Posted .Hi! What specific phone, and Case-Mate case is it? The charger in the mount needs to be lined up to communicate with the coils in your phone and initiate a charge. Moving the phone up and down in the mount until it charges is a good way to check that alignment isn't the issue.
