Phone holder /charger

Clips do not hold phone w/o constant readjustment

First attempted to use base to secure to dash board but does not hold to dash at all. Switched to a/c vent clips which work ok but constantly have to be readjusted to vents or phone falls to the floor. Overall not helpful device.

Posted .There are typically two issues when it comes to wireless charging: alignment, or obstruction of the internal charging coils. The easiest fix would be to use the adjustable feet on the mount to move your phone up and down until you receive a charge. If there is no position where is charges, the issue may with your case. Thick cases, or cases with a metal back can impede wireless charging ability by putting too much distance between the coils in your device and the charger in the mount. I tried every height to get it to match up to the charging location so either the charger in the one I got was defective or my phone just couldn’t hit the sweet spot. Always save your receipt and test before your 30 days is up.
