Great Charger and Service!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Bracketron - Wireless Charging Stand - Black Model:BT2-949-2 May 13, 2018. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 with a commuter Otter box case. I have used the vent attachment from the start in a 2017 Nissan Rouge. It fits in car perfect. It charges perfect. It does not fall out of vent on bumps like i have seen on many other product reviews. Very very happy with the product for the price. Just a week ago, the vent bracket clip actually broke. Maybe because of cold COLD weather and hot air from car vent and a bump or 200 finally stressed the clips too much. They ended up getting a small crack then just breaking. Great sadness settled in and I decided to explore repair options. Yes, I could use the dash or window bracket, but I really do not like how it was going to be positioned (preference only). Looking closely, I realized that the clips can actually be adjusted and removed from the bracket so not like some all together molded piece. I went to the company site contact location (https://www.bracketron.com/contacts/index/) and told them my situation. They got back to me within hours. I sent them a pic of my broken components and my mailing address. Needless to say replacement clips are on their way. From the product to the service I am 100% satisfied

Great Charger

No wire to unhook at a stop or plug in. Can be turn in any direction so can use maps and all. The mount will stick to your windshield with out fail. have not tried on dash. I have mine by my mirror as it out of way but can still use for maps if needed. I have had mine for about 1 year now and have since bout a 2nd one. This would also be great for truckers

However, when I put my phone with my case on it, it works for a second and then stops. Take the case off and it works again. My case is an incredibly thin silicon and I've never had problems with wireless charging before. Sadly will have to return.
