The sound is great. 4D menu is unique and helpful. Only wish the Bluetooth was stronger, but not a deal breaker.

The connection is horrible... i have my phone in my pocket and it cuts off sometimes ..(not always) ... and if i walk like 10 feet away from my phone with the earbuds on it cuts off ... please do something about the connection .. for this price it shouldn't be doing this ... However the technology when it comes to controls and sound quality is quite good .. that is why i am keeping them and hoping that Dash will fix the connection thru and update soon ...

I bought these. -- Main earbud didn't work. -- Returned since there were none in stock for a replacement. -- Got the Bragi Headphones (different product) and still use them. I expect the current version of the Dash to be excellent but the first generation likely cannot be used, only tried.

The earpieces were too big for my ears. It did not stay in my ears properly.

After a long product review, I decided on purchasing these true wireless headphones. Eagerly awaited their arrival, updated the software, and let them fully charge for one day. Then the big moment, and they do not turn on. Worked with manufacture, turns out there is a hardware issue and I have to send them back. Bragi knows about this hardware issue, yet still allowed product to be sold. Dear Bragi, Every manufacture has issues, its how that manufacture handles the issue that makes the difference. You have a great niche market, don't let that slip away! Kyle

After numerous hours of reading reviews and blogs on this model, the comments seems to be more accurate that they review regarding Bluetooth connection that was very bad in my case. Sound quality just ok. It’s a good hearing aide if your hearing were diminished. After few chats with their support. They advised me to return the product. Best Buy always great as long as you have the receipts. Lastly when I’m riding on my road bike, it keeps on asking Siri because of the gesture feature and also not good when your covering it like beanie or winter accessories.

​Rickety, sub-par product that loses BT connection unpredictably and power as well. I love the idea but had a horrible experience with quality and their support of the product also. ie: Trained months for a 50k race (hours on your feet and music REALLY helps). Charged these OVERNIGHT to to make sure I wouldn't run into the famous "roll-the-dice" Bragi power issue. Needless to say, 20 min into the race it died, no matter what I tried, resetting (while running), etc, etc. Not good AT ALL. Shame.

As others have mentioned my 1st pr didn’t work out of the box tried to work with Bragi CS but it was too time consuming so I returned them Received the 2nd pair and these worked, updated to the latest sw version 3.1.1. I thought this might of addressed to issues I had read about it seems not, they do not hold a signal so it’s impossible to exercise or even use them around the house Alexa is a joke Doesn’t connect as advertised Charging, tricky to seat on magnet charging posts Sound quality even with upgraded comply eartips very average Sorry they are not ready to compete in this market against the apples, jaybird, jabra’s of the world, it’s seems they looking for beta testers not customers I just can’t see Bragi the co. Lasting with all these issues, buy the B.B warranty if you decide to keep them, I’m returning

I bought the buds for swimming laps. Has awesome sound but the ear buds would not stay in my ear too heavy and bulky just fell out felt like it was for a guys ear. Love the concept though, because I bought them for lap swimming but never tested them in the pool.

I have this 2 stars because they are cool ear buds, they have a lot of good features and are waterproof but that's where that awesome ends. The Bluetooth on these are horrible, so bad I contacted customer support and they told me to " make sure I keep my cell phone on my right pocket for best results". My Samsung icons are far better and priced better as well. Don't waste the money

Out of the box these things did not work. I got them on a great deal from bestbuy so I figure I try to get them fixed by the manufacture. There is no supervise number to call and only offered email support. After 10 days of back and forth with Bragi and nothing working I just returned these pieces of junk. Save your self some money and headache and stay away from any Bragi product. I really wished I could love them but nope!

Bought these to see if they were better then the headphones they also make. So far I'm pleased they have a better sound but the battery life is half of what the headphones have

Right off the bat you seem to sit in my ear very well which most don't. But simple setup wasn't so simple. I didn't read the instructions but I shouldn't have to as I sell phone store for 10 years I know how to work these things. Apparently I lost my touch or maybe it's just more difficult to set up then it should be. Plug-and-play all the way. Because of this I'm returning it I'm not even going to try to figure it out

Received product promptly. The design looks attractive. Did not use it at all so don't know about the quality. I try not to purchase products made in China. This one was made in China so it went back.

This is my third pair of Wireless earbuds started with the Samsung Gear iconx, skybuds and now these. Reading some of the comments I thought I was going to have the same luck as I did with the other two but I was wrong. Most of the reviews for this are prior to the update released earlier this year in 2017. The new software update is the same software also featured for the pro version of this product that was recently released as well. It's nice to see it company keeping up who software updates especially for products that are a little bit older than its predecessor. Once you do the update you will also see that the bragi was a pretty good deal versus all of the other competitors that I looked at.

The headphones sound great but the Bluetooth connetion is spoty and they don't fit in my ear correctly. Though all the new feature are cool.

These things are very cool and have a lot of potential if Bragi can fix some of the bugs in them. I'm hopeful that they will be able to do so with updates. I've waited a while to write this review, because I wasn't sure if I liked them or not. After extensive "testing" I've decided that I like them a lot. You have to be willing to make some modifications to how you use headphones though. I bought them mainly for running and for the gym, as I get tired of getting tied up in cords while I'm working out. I usually run outside, with my phone in a running belt around my waist. The Bluetooth works in this configuration while I'm inside, but not when I'm outside and the Bluetooth has no surrounding surfaces to bounce off of. So initially, the Dashes were dropping the connection a lot. I fixed the problem by slinging the running belt across my chest so that my phone rests on my right shoulder, next to the right Dash. I think putting your phone in an armband on your right arm would probably work too. At the gym, I normally keep my phone in my left shorts pocket, but the connection is a bit tenuous in that configuration as well. Moving it to my right pocket results in a good solid connection. Connecting the Dashes to different devices is a little frustrating. You have to reset them each time you swap to a different device. Now that I've figured out all of these work-arounds, I really like them. So, if you're willing to modify how you use your headphones, these things are great. If you're not that flexible, then don't waste your money, as they will frustrate you to no end.

These earphones are better than what the reviews say. Bragi constantly sends updates to better the experience. The sound could be a little louder but not bad at all. Waterproof and onbaord storage is a leg up on most wireless earphones. The battery powered case is great and can take a beating. Transparent mode is freaky but works well and other 4D getures are great. Can't wait for what's next in the next update.

The Dash ear buds are comfortable and easy to set up. The audio transperency is a cool feature too. I also Love the charging case - very durable. The ability to answer a call by nodding is very convenient. My hair does very occasionally activate the sound adjustment when it brushes the right ear bud.
