Possibly the worst electronic item that I have ever owned. Could not get both ear pieces to work and stay working at the same time and tech support was crap!

I have the IconX 2016, IconX 2018, Jabra Elite, and Jaybird earbuds and they all work perfectly when I purchased them. Well these $300 Bragi Dash are defective and I cant get in contact with Bragi support. I cant find a number to call Bragi an I have sent them e-mails an as of now they have not responded back. I drove over an hour to purchased these from a best buy store so I wouldn't have to wait..I am frustrated and will return these to the store and will never try Bragi products again!!!

Seems well built but...

The "rapid" update eventually updated both nodes. I confirmed the update. Then made sure they were in sync, but everytime I took them out the charger (fully charged) they went went dormant again. 2 days of this before I gave up. Will wait for next gen.

Their biggest issue is the Bluetooth connectivity to the phone it just does not stay connected. I will be returning them.

Honesty they just sitting on my night stand. They are not user friendly. Honest if i could return them i would because i don't even use them.

Great for a run

My only concern would be in the case that I misplaced them there is no way that I could find them, but with a simple update for this problem it would be rated as a 5 stars.

The quality is iffy - I'd buy a warranty. My first one was defective int he box, and I've read a lot of reviews where one just stopped working.

Did not work even after following instructions

She went to charge these and they worked for maybe an hour before they stopped working. She contacted the help line and could not get these to work again after killing two hours on the phone trying to reset, charge and connect these speakers to her phone. Be weary, the person she talked to on the phone said they wouldn't even recommend this brand.

My only gripe is the short range of connectivity. Even backpocket distance no good. Buying device lanyard on sale now. Features are thumbs up!
