Bad Product! No base poor sound. Terrible Wi-Fi connection... tried a second pare after returning the first buds... The same junk. Not worth the money....

I have used Bragi's The Dash for seven months. I initially had problems with Bluetooth connectivity and drop outs when I carried my (Nexus 6) phone in my left pants pocket. However, with the multiple updates this problem has gradually improved. It is not perfect, but its acceptable. What is really amazing is the ability to leave the phone behind and listen to music. I have about 250 songs in three playlists, and the ability to work out in the gym with no phone to mess with is really unique. I do get stares and positive comments about them, and this makes the experience even better. One other thing that really is important to mention is that The Dash keeps getting better with each software update. The most recent update has improved my Bluetooth, though it does still drop out when cycling. I have found that the combination of the internal music player and the audio transparency together are a real game changer for me. I can hear the surroundings while running, cycling or walking without being overwhelmed by my music. This is much safer. I found the fit to be comfortable, though I use one size for the right (large), and one for the left (medium). This really makes the experience better when they fit really well. I have not lost them, though this summer when i was mowing the lawn they did feel like they were going to slip out. They never did, The controls are a little touchy, but I have gotten used to it. i really like the ability to tap or swipe. I don't use the biometric tracking very much, but only use the music streaming, onboard storage and communications features. All in all, I am happy with my set. I would recommend them.

It should be plug&play.what an headache.....didnt work for me..had to return 2nd pair...got bose soundsport instead.

This a great product. It does take some getting used to. The charge of the device is a little inconvenient, but no major complaints.

I received this as a gift for Christmas. It exceeded my expectations and is definitely worth the money.

I been tracking this item since it was just a idea and no info was given about it. I loved the concept. Ear buds that does EVERYTHING you can possibly need in ear buds. Im going to start with what i dont like about them. The rubber inserts makes my ears sweat. So they feel all sloppy in my ear. They aren't really loud enough for my liking. I mean you cant hear anything when they are in but i like my music loud. The sound is pretty basic 20$ headphone quality to me. The Connection cuts out when my phone is in. Y back pocket. Which is where my phone always is. What i like about them is the controls on the ear piece. And the completely wireless part. The case was really nice and convenient. But my buds didnt charge goood unless you had them perfectly on the metal part. I didnt try any other features like waterproof or tracker. These are great headphones. I was really excited to finally get some. But i will be returning them and trying some different ones. I do recommend them though. Like i said in the beginning it is all about preference.

I have owned or tried every "true" wireless earbud that Best Buy currently sells and I would rank these second behind the Jabra elite's. Overall, they are better than Skybuds, Sol Republic amps air, Samsung gear, and Onkyo bt800. These reviews are very subjective (including my own) because the sound quality depends so much on the seal of the earbud tip. Here is another thing to consider, these earbuds can and are updated,continually improving them. You may read a negative review on the Bragi dash but what if that review was posted BEFORE an update was released? I was going to return my Skybuds because they didn't go loud enough. About a week later they released an update and more than solved the problem. I hope this helps someone out!

I received the Bragi Dash Pro for a Christmas gift. I began using them and loving them almost immediately. They were expensive for a pair of earbuds, so I treat them like gold. The head motion ques were way too sensitive so I had to shut those off early on. The microphone worked sporadically and the side panel controls on the buds were incredibly temperamental. After 8 months of use, the right bud stopped working altogether. Up to this point, I was more than satisfied and would have recommended them even with the issues I experienced. Customer service became the problem. I contacted customer service via email and it appeared to enter a black hole. After 48 hours of no response, I got online and chatted with the representative. Very helpful person ran me through a myriad of reboot and updating steps. All to no avail. I returned back the next day after they should have been fixed and charging and again total failure. Back on email, no response. Back to chat and the same customer service person was very nice but unable to fix the issue. I was advised to send proof of purchase and my product would be replaced immediately. I did, and the customer service person approved the receipt, then back to the black hole. 5 days later I received an email saying the "after sale service team" reviewed my proof of purchase and determined it was not sufficient to prove the purchase. (Read: delay tactic) After running and jumping through hoops I provided a better and more thorough receipt of proof of purchase. Please note - before you can do anything with a Bragi- you have to log on and enter all your personal details online. Which means they knew I had this product down to the serial number months ago. Guess what - I was not lying and the serial number and proof of purchase matched. I now proved I was not a criminal trying to fix stolen Bragi earbuds. I later received an email telling me I would receive another email soon and that the second email would give me directions on how to return my broken earbuds. Only after they received the broken earbuds in Munich Germany, would they review them and send me a repaired or replaced unit after holding the broken unit for an additional 5-10 days. Realize that with shipping time we are looking at being out of service with the product for at least a month. I assume I must be back in the criminal category because they will not replace the broken unit that is absolutely useless until they receive it in the mail and study it. While I loved the product when I had it and it worked, the customer service is atrocious and needs a complete overhaul. I see that they read every review on Google and other sites and comment the same thing on each one. They always say they are sorry and ask for the customer help ticket number so they can review it. I found the sound to be not so good at all. I was also surprised that even on HIGH.... they were not loud enough. I could hear way too much outside sound. Too many useless fussy features can ruin a good pair of earbubs. Spend your design time on sound quality. Not the extra mechanics. Get some volume under your belt while you're at it. I found a pair for half the price that sound 100 times better and cause no ear fatigue. I do NOT recommend.

I really believe in chances. I read the reviews. I bought the item and I am so glad I ingnored the old reviews. The new updates to this product are far superior to any headphone you'll have. I wanted wireless. I wanted something that could hold music so I can row without having my phone on me. I hate a phone arm band so this fit the bill. Zero connectivity issues unless my wireless is spotty, which isn't the headphones issue. Same issues with my Jaybirds so I knew it wasn't a Bragi problem. Love the transparency option as well as the new Siri connectivity. Heart rate could be a little more accurate bit since this is the least of my worries I'm certain the next update with address that. (I mean, you really can't beat German technology can you!?!). Honestly a great product. Stayed in doing a cartwheel (just because someone asked so I tried it). Buy them you must.
