Great movie but the picture quality is questionable

Beautiful transfer to an amazing adaptation. My favorite Dracula movie

A lesser known directed Francis Ford Coppola film, staring a really good cast, Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder, Anthony Hopkins and the always great Gary Oldman who plays a really scary Dracula. The films is a great omage to the original tale and early book. As the tale goes, In the 1400's Vlad Dracula returns from war to find his wife commited suicide, thinking he was killed in the war. He, Dracula then becomes enraged and desecrates the chapel and renounces his maker, declaring that he will rise from the grave and avenge his wifes death and the chruch that damned her for eternity for her suicide, by using the powers of darkness. He stabs at the chapel's holy stone cross with his sword, drinking the blood that pours out of it this act transform him from Vlad The Impailer to the King of Darkness, Dracula as he lurks the night to find his victums . This move will scare the stuffing out of you, even if you know the films basic story from its many Hollywood iterations from the 30's and the 50's. It breaks new ground in an adult way and is beautifuly filmed as well. Don't see it by yourself...

If you think you've seen this film before, then try it out on 4K/UHD; along with a 4K player and panel. Stupendous picture and sound.

An already great movie looks even better in 4K, especially if your player and TV are HDR ready. Wow!! Terrific bonus features too!!

We had owned the DVD version for a long time before this 4K version Came out. The upgrade is a thing of beauty to watch!

The 4K edition looks INCREDIBLE, the movie is fun, and the extras on the blu-ray are all very worthwhile. Pick it up!!

This is a great movie, one of my favorites, but I did not notice that much of a difference between this and the regular blu ray. Maybe that's because my LG 4k TV does not have HDR.

This is closely based on a book by the same name written by Bram Stoker's, a story of love that transcends death.

I saw this on sale for Halloween and thought I would go for a 4k upgrade. Great movie and picture looks great.

As a big vampire fan, I had yet made the jump to pick up this one in 4K..... it’s that time of year (Halloween) so I purchased it while it was available on sale.

It looks wonderfully on 4K. The sound and colors are brilliant. A welcome addition to my horror movies.

Heard about this movie a while back and finally got around to watching it and wasn't disappointed!

This is a different take on the Dracula saga. It starts with him being human and goes into circumstances of his conversion! Enjoyed the movie.

If you're a fan of horror classics of the 90s, treat yourself to this 4k movie! Great to see some old time actors doing their roles back in the day.

Beware this is not a 2019 movie if you can get over that you have just purchased a classic
