The shaver was okay it was nice if you had small stubble but it definitely pulled hair and was a little painful.

Shaver is slimmer than previous models but works just as well.

This razor does not cut well at all! Plus the razor head falls off in mid shave while shaving my neck very often. I have purchased two replacement heads due to the head bending after falling off or to see if a new head shaves better. it did not shave any better. I spend a few extra minutes everyday shaving to get a close shave. I was very disappointed in this razor.

I thought that the Brain would shave a lot better than I have experienced . For the price I expected much better results.

Unfortunately this is a cheaper version of the Series 7. It’s OK, just not as high quality as other Braun shavers.

It won't take the place of a razor, but it works in a pinch. With pre-electric lotion it work better.

We purchased this for our son who is needing to shave every couple of weeks or so. This did not work well for very fine facial hair. Perhaps I missed this in the advertisements, but I was underwhelmed with the product.

I liked the way the head hugs the contour of the face. Problem was the razor doesn’t shave close enough. My Panasonic shaves closet so went back to that one

Doesn’t shave well for the price. Not worth the $$$, probably better off using another $50-60 shaver. It’s really bad at getting hairs on my neck - tried both wet and dry- and i need to run it over many many times to get the same shave i got from my old shaver.

Work ok the first time, then went to use the second time and all it did was yank and pull on my facial hair. painful. I had an old braun for 10 years and worked great. Now all their new models seem to be junk and frightening to use. very disappointed.

I purchased this for Father’s Day as I’m tired of using a razor and cream. I get a close shave every time and it’s nice not having to wait a week to keep a fresh face because of the razor.

Not a very good shave. Take 3 times longer to get a clean shave. Went back to my razor and just use this to time sideburns.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. For starters, the “instructions” - or lack thereof - are comprised almost completely of pictures. No words. This makes it more difficult for a first time user. Despite that, I had high hopes for the shaver, especially since it included the SmartCare Center which cleans and charges it. However, there was no instruction on how to install the cleaning solution in the center. I finally figured it out myself, much like what I did with the rest of the product. I tried this shaver once and could immediately tell it was not shaving my face closely. In fact, it looked like I had not shaved my face at all! I then decided to try the stubble trimmer that comes with it. That, too, was extremely difficult to get out of the packaging and there was no instruction whatsoever on how to change the blade heads. I’ll GLADLY take my $20 Gillette Fusion I’ve used for many years over this piece of junk.
