4K UHD Disc is the best way to view films today. I realize people believe streaming is the best and only way to watch movies and t.v. shows. The thing is unless you live in an area that has fiber optic running into your home your not getting true 4K. As far as this film on 4K Disney has done a good job with the transfer. Animated films are sometimes not always done well when transferred. The colors improvements are very visibly done. Add too the blacks look just as good. The audio has been remixed and also a nice improvement. Hopefully Disney will keep remastering there back catalog titles. There is a market for it.

I dont think this is one of the best movies mode but my kids like it. And, as long as they enjoy it and watch it then I am happy.

Brave is a great movie about a princess facing the dilemma of not wanting to live up to her potential and royal lineage. Her wishful thinking eventually has her come across a witch (or wood carver) with the power to grant her what she wishes or thinks she wishes for. A great movie about family and seeing things from anthers perspective. The movie looks great and on the disc is an upconverted 2K to 4K transfer with HDR10. There is a Movies Anywhere code in the case that also lets you stream the movie in Dolby Vision with Dolby Atmos providing you have compatible hardware.

Original steelbook look better but I'm still happy with this one. Outside cover art could be better.

Initially I didn’t see this when it first came out, but seeing it today a bit older, I liked it a lot.

The steelbook on its own is a five star steelbook! It's gorgeous and fits the art style of the film perfectly! An honest must-own steel! The movie itself is really good but not great. I want to give huge credit to Disney for including an interview with the original director before she was fired halfway through filming as they did not like her "take" on it. It's a huge reason that the last half of this movie feels completely different than the first, and it's what's holding it back from being a classic. Things don't pay off that are clearly setup, etc. But again, on the special features Disney does not shy away from letting her be interviewed, and that is awesome and very rare for a company like Disney to talk about anything bad or negative that happened during the making of a particular movie. So, four star movie and a five star steelbok!

Great fun film for kids. It's a movie they can watch over and over again.

I need to see this more than once because I don't really remember the story.

This was a good movie. Remained me of Moan. My niece and nephew love this movie.

For whatever reason, we did not get out to the theaters to see this, and it kept falling by the wayside when thinking about movies to purchase. It's a measure of PIxar's incredible track record that this film seems to fall a little short. If it was any other producer's film, it would get rave reviews, as it is gorgeous to watch, funny both verbally and with pratfalls, great relationships between the characters. Overall, a wonderful film, and a worthy addition to your collection!

I bought this as a gift, and the person I got it for loved it.

This is an enjoyable Pixar movie for both boys and girls.

This is an awesome movie. My 8 year old daughter begged for it and when she got it she watched over and over again for weeks into the holidays. My 5 year old also enjoyed the movie. The message is so great for girls growing up. It teaches that sometimes we let our emotions take over our actions and that we always need to be aware of that when it happens. It also teaches that there are potentially severe consequences when you act out of anger. It also teaches that even though we make mistakes we can fix them through strong familial relationships and determination.

Kids and adults into animation should enjoy this movie.
