We bought it for vacation house expecting it to be just a replacement for a small boom box. We connected to phone and iPad with Bluetooth- the link is easy- and started playing our Pandora play lists. The sound in our house was better the the test in the big space of the store. The bass is very good for the size of the speaker and volume is plenty loud enough. The sound is better when positioned on solid surface. Not as good on a outdoor table with openings ( like a metal mesh surface)

I wanted a speaker so I could listen to music in the shower. I looked at a few and bought this because of good reviews. It has survived many showers and a 8 foot drop. Sound is pretty good, but not great. I would recommend you keep it out of direct water, but this speaker will withstand exposure to condensation related to your normal showers.

Great gift for teenager, speaker is small but loud, portable and water proof for beach, waxing cars etc.

I have never owned a bluetooth speaker so I wanted to start somewhere in the middle before committing to a high-priced model. The price speaks for itself, and the quality is matching up as well. I bought this model because it was much cheaper than some of the name brands. I am outdoors often so I also was interested because the speaker is shock proof and water resistant. Worth the money!

Overall a great product at a great price. Press and hold power and unit comes on. Do the same to shut down. Tap volume up and it gets louder. Tap down to turn it down. If you press and hold these buttons you can advance tracks. Very clean sound and good bass response. Compact and water resistant. Snatch one up today.

I got this one after returning the UE speaker for constant skipping. It's bluetooth connection was really unreliable - this is the complete opposite - it has not skipped once in the month I have been using it and I am very pleased with the battery life and sound quality. Tip for those that have trouble with the volume - close down facebook on your cellphone completely and the volume is much better

I bought this for my son who works construction. I was hesitant to pay over $100 for a eork and shower speaker. I must admit it sounds great and the other night while facetiming, I saw my grandson pick it up and start banging it on the floor...my son said, no worries, it is build to take the abuse.

water proof. good sound. bt seems to have trouble at times

Had to replace the first one after one use but I'm confident this was a fluke as the second performed flawlessly. Purchased to listen to music while climbing in the mountains and the product lives up to its name. Been swimming often with it as well with no problems in icy cold mountain water. Music is clear and loud even near the white water.

Great little speaker! Tough shell for accidental drops. Water resistant. Easy to setup and use. The battery life is surprising for the sound it produces. The sound maybe isn't as good as the Bose but the extras you get with the Braven totally out weighs it overall. Highly recommended for the work shop or if you like to party and play rough!

This is a great portable Bluetooth speaker. I have used it out on the patio as well as in the garage, and while doing yard work. It also has great sound quality and can fill up a large outdoor space with sound. Great for having people over and being able to change songs without walking over to speaker.

This speaker had great sound and is perfect for on the go use - I ended up buying the larger version as that version can be paired for stereo effect. The only drawback with the small one is that it cannot be paired with another speaker, aside that it is awesome!
