This Breville Toaster oven is excellent. It lives up to its claims. We use it more than our regular oven. It preheats faster and produces less residual heat. The Breville+ app has easy to follow recipes and a lot of meal & dessert ideas.

Owned for about 3 weeks now. Cooks great and quickly. Takes awhile to get used to the faster and differing cooking times compared to a regular gas oven, but absolutely worth it.

Terrible product and abusive customer service. Terrible experience. Defective product and abusive customer service. They started a warranty exchange and then simply stopped responding. I asked them to confirm that the replacement would be new and the same model, but they never replied. Weeks later, they answered ambiguously, demanding money before sending it, even though the damage was caused by them. To make things worse, the chat channel —which used to work— became unavailable in my account, as if it had been blocked. Total lack of respect for the customer and complete evasion of responsibility by Breville USA.

Purchased the first Breville Counter Top Convection Oven in 2018, which has been the best experience and led to my purchase of the Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro last month. Breville makes quality products and this version is no exception! Have started trying out some of the functions that are available on this model vs the old Breville (which I gave to my brother who is now loving it at his home after all his visits to me) If you are using the Pizza function on this Joule, please note it really gets hot and you need to use the lowest recommended time while baking. My first 12" pizza was basically charred when I used the mid point of the recommended time on the box of pizza, so depending on your brand and style of pizza, you may wish to start the time at one or two minutes below recommendation by pizza brand and then add time if necessary. This is an absolute must have in a single person household. It is great for small quantities of food, heats and cools down fast and doesn't heat the entire kitchen like a my other ovens (important in Florida). Very easy to clean. The accessories are good and since it's large enough, you can use comparable pans beyond what Breville provides. Haven't tried the air fryer basket, that is next along with the Joule App. Highly recommend this oven and this brand.

I can’t say enough good things about the Breville Joule. It’s easily one of my favorite kitchen gadgets I’ve ever owned. It heats up fast, holds temperature perfectly, and makes every meal feel restaurant-quality with almost zero effort. The app is super intuitive, and the visual doneness guides take all the guesswork out of cooking. What I love most is how consistent and reliable it is as everything from steaks to chicken to salmon comes out perfect every single time. The Breville Joule has completely changed how I cook, and I honestly love it. Highly recommend!

I love the Breville Oven. In fact, I rarely use my larger stove (unless I'm doing a lot of cooking- like for the impending Holidays). I can roast a whole chicken. Make perfect cookies and lemon and pumpkin bread, for example. Plus, the air fryer option is an added bonus. Capacity is great. Timers are great. Cooking options are great. My only criticism is: I wish Breville would provide instructions on how to clean the oven in the best manner. However, I have used the internet to find the correct manner to clean the oven. I recommend cleaning the oven daily (once the oven has cooled) in order to keep it looking brand new.

Wow! After owning another air fryer, this one is much superior, due to the fact that this one is multi-purpose. This one will cook for you. The autopilot feature is a game change. Much easier to clean than the previous one (another brand) that we owned. Fits nicely in our kitchen.

Pretty impressive little thing, we use this for everything that fits. Pizzas are cooked nicely, even cooked steaks in it to try it out and they came out great. The air fryer mode could be better but this thing does everything

My wife and I decided for a while now we wanted minimize the number of gadgets taking up space on the counters where possible. We thought to get rid of our stand alone air fryer and have been debating between this breville model or the non-joule version as a combined solution. Came black Friday deals and couldn’t resist the dark finish that complemented our other black stainless steel appliances. After setting up and going through the options, we instantly felt we made the right decision. We love the app options and how it gives updates from the oven. The light option is very helpful to see what’s being heated and everything that has been air fried has been perfect. Would highly recommend.

After one month of owning this oven I can honestly say it’s been amazing so far. Coming to the realization I was spending too much on delivery services I decided to try my hand at cooking at home, having a fairly basic air fryer I decided to pull the trigger on something a bit nicer. This oven has been a Swiss Army knife in its ability to do everything, and do it well I might add. I’ve cooked everything from Chicken, Pork Chops, Steaks, Pizza, Veggies and everything in between and it does it with ease and accuracy. I will say the only downside is clean up, you do need to be mindful of what’s cooking because it will likely splatter on the inside glass and crumb tray. I clean my oven after each use and it still looks like new, the racks and tray are easy to clean as long as you keep up with it. Overall I’d recommend this product to someone that needs the extra cooking space and the versatility of being able to toast, air fry, bake and host of other cooking techniques.

This smart oven has almost completely replaced our oven. All of the features allow us to try new foods and we can prepare an entire meal for a decent sized family in 30 minutes. We thought the size would limit us, but we could cook an entire rotisserie chicken in it if we needed to.

I love this toaster oven it works so well! We use it multiple times a day. I love the recipes in the app and i love that i can view the timer from my phone. Its a good size inside and the airfry basket it comes with is the nicest

The Breville Joule is amazing!! It air fries perfectly! We made boneless pork chops and they came out juicy and perfect. And baking cookies is a breeze! Warm chocolate chip cookies without using the big oven!!!

You know, it took me forever to decide on this beautiful oven. I already had a Combi-Wave and a separate smaller Air Fryer. I tried to justify buying it! You see, 95% of my small appliances are Breville, so that I may be biased, or my need for continuity is out of control? Anyway, I walked in and put down my BB credit card. I can't tell you how much I love everything about this oven. The air fryer function alone works so well for my family, it's worth the purchase price. The recipes and proofing functions are everything I wanted and needed. I'm still exploring. I can't wait to try more. If you're in doubt, don't be I thought about the pros and cons for you. It's worth it!

Hands down one of the most beneficial appliances I own. ALTHOUGH, I want to preface my love of this machine by saying that it is not always the most convenient option! Sometimes it is a quicker, cooking experience, but a more involved cleaning result. And I absolutely abhor that the door flips down like an oven. no matter what you put in or pull out, it will land on the window, and you will have to clean it if you do not want it baked on to the glass. With all of that being said, I think that it is still completely worth some of its inconveniences. it has inspired our family to think differently about our meals, to get more creative, to try things that we have never tried before, and to come up with new solutions to the problems it presents. So it serves more than the purpose of feeding the family, and also creates an environment for us to grow our minds, imaginations, and problem-solving abilities. I highly recommend this product, and also recommend that you fully utilize the app, and the auto pilot options, you can learn a lot from them, and I am already not needing to use some of them just by paying attention to what the appliance is doing. I also encourage you to grab a air frying magazine or two with lots of great pictures, and maybe stretch yourself to something a little healthier than what you normally cook, you will find that it is much tastier, and actually a lot of fun to create. my eight year-old son is now regularly engaged in cooking, and that alone as well worth it! Side note, really, do not enjoy the dehydration function, as I find it incredibly inefficient, it takes about three times as long as my Excalibur.
