Easy to clean, easy to use, consistent grind, not too loud and it looks good. Another nice featue is the bottom catch tray is held in place by magnets makes cleanup easy. I was back and forth between this and an Italian made one at more than twice the cost. I chose this one for the features and the price. I did alot of research and couldn't find a grinder of this quality even close to this price point.

Great overall low budget coffee bean grinder. There is a little bit of retention, especially if you are switching from espresso to drip settings. But for price it is worth the purchase.

I am baffled by the 5-star reviews here. They must be fake or promotional. I cannot believe a $160 coffee grinder could be this big of a piece of garbage! The fourth time I used it, it started clogging. When it clogs, it makes a high-pitched clicking and screeching sound, which, as nice as that is to wake up to in the morning, I did not enjoy the part where you have to disassemble and clean it after griding every 1/2 cup of coffee. Besides that, whatever kindergarten engineers designed this gem clearly did not understand the basic principles of static electricity. Every time you pull the hopper away from the machine to empty it, whatever coffee ended up in there and not behind it (where you have to clean out every time you use it) is static and about 10% goes all over your counter and your hands. The picture shows how much coffee ends up on the counter after one use. Garbage!

Great grinder. Good grinds for both espresso and filter coffee. The workflow is great and controlls are intuitive. I do think i would prefer a catch cup instead of holding the portafiltet but still a great grinder.

This is a great consistent grinder. So many different settings to play with I love the fact that no matter the style of coffee I want to prepare it has a grind setting from very fine espresso to your bigger grind size French press.

Bought to pair with the Bambino Plus. Very impressed! Grind size seems consistent. The presets are very convenient. We have only used it for espresso so far, but I plan to do a larger batch for drip soon to see how it does. It runs very quietly and sits very nicely into the look of our setup.

So far so good. Only had for 2 days but already have a great grind setting for my expresso. Compact for those who are space limited this is a nice design.
