Absolutely love it! I’ve been on the fence and searching for the best model and this fits the bill! A few friends recommended the brand & model and it had great reviews. I even read an article listing top 10 and this was at the top of the list. Easy to use. I finally realized to not use the suggested coffee measurements when doing a double shot. Just add extra and tap tap tap. Very important for achieving the correct pressure.

I would give this a 4.5. Love everything about this machine but find the steamer spurts water into the milk before it becomes steam. So I now turn it on and let it blow off the water and then insert it into the pitcher to steam the milk. And sometimes it takes too much time for the steam to come out. For the cost of this machine, I would think this should run perfect and will most likely call when I have time to speak to Breville and see if this is normal or not. Just haven’t had time to do it. I love the Grinder and all the extras that come with the machine including a cleaning tool, damper and pitcher. However, If the steamer produced steam right away instead of spurting water when you turn it on, this would be 5 stars for sure. I use Lavazza beans and couldn’t be happier with the espresso. For the price I Wish the steamer worked more fluently then it would be perfect.

Easy to set up. Makes great espresso. I recommend buying good coffee beans ... the better the beans the better tasting your espresso will be.

This was purchased for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I would recommend this product for any coffee lover.

Great espresso machine, takes a bit of learning to get the right results but it definitely can make café shop level coffee.

Awesome espresso machine! It's become my daily ritual now that I've figured it out—totally worth it.

Love It. It took a few days to find "my" preferred settings. Now my espresso is better than any I can buy in any cafe around here. The machine heats in seconds. You must follow the instructions precisely to get the best results...pre-infusing hot water through the portafilter and steam wand, etc. I use Intelligentsia Black Cat Classic Espresso...delicious.

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday (she’s 24) and she loves it. While she is still living at home my wife and I haven’t had regular coffee since. When she moves out we will be buying another one.

I was nervous about investing the money in this machine but I read the reviews and decided to make the jump. I am so glad I did. I love everything about it. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. I did watch some at home user videos and got some good tips. One tip I found was to put a container of some type under the grinder to catch the over flow of grounds so they don't go down the drain when I empty the water tray.

Absolutely love the coffee grinder....everything about it works great. My only gripe is the learning curve to actually get the milk to froth. it's quite a learning curve for sure. But I think I'm getting there.
