A wonderful machine. If you are new to the espresso scene you will need to practice to make the perfect cup of coffee. Overall I'm satisfied with the machine but I do believe its over priced.

Worked great for 2 months - cleaned it with 50% water / vinegar solution every 2’weeks and even descaled it. After 2 months - the pressure goes all the way up and no expresso comes out. Customer service is non-existent - web site is done and ‘technical difficulties’ when I call. Funny thing is I have been bragging about this for 2 months and having a party Sunday where apparently nobody will be getting an expresso with this piece of garbage machine. Would have expected the $599 machine to last a little longer that the $40 Capresso machine I used to have.

We have ordered many things from amazon and other places and have never had the service we had with this company. The gentleman waitied outside in the cold for a while until we came to the door because the item we bought was super expensive and he didnt want to leave it outside. So thank you for that we really appreciate it.

too much trouble?

Fun to have to actually understand how to use it, but too easy to make a bad cup of coffee. My bambino was much more consistent.

The espresso maker is good quality. The grinder is touchy & the frother is extremely loud.

espresso shot is not automatic. Needs to be stopped
