Great, modern locking espresso machine for a good price. The touch screen functionality is very helpful as it guides you through the process of making the perfect espresso drinks. There’s a bit of a learning curve as different espresso beans require different settings but the manual explains that very well. The only negative I would point out after a few months of use is that the milk frother does tend to get clogged a bit too easily with certain thicker milk types.

Fantastic. Makes incredible expresso drinks. It takes a little playing around with the settings to get it perfect, but if you set the grinds at 8 for the level of fineness and the let it grind for about 11 seconds it produces a perfect taste. I also froth to 150 degrees on the sensor and once it’s there I froth again until the froth cup is frothed to near the top. If not used to figuring out settings it can be a little frustrating out of the gate. Once you figure it out or even use the settings I described above it is amazing. Please also note to have shorter and wider mugs. The tall mugs do not fit underneath the mechanism that dispenses the expresso. If you want a very cool effect I suggest a glass mug so you can see the art of the drink you made.

We love it! I’ve used the newer, more expensive model, at a friend’s house, but am trying to figure out the difference. This thing is easy to use and brews professional quality drinks. It helps that we got it on the Summer Black Friday sale, but I would’ve probably bought it regardless. So, if you’re a coffee snob like us and want to save money on the long run, get it.

I LOVE this espresso machine. User friendly, something very important for me was not having to measure my beans and also the steamer having a heat sensor is seriously chefs kiss.

The Breville Barista Touch has completely upgraded my coffee routine. The built-in grinder, touchscreen controls, and 9-bar pressure make it simple to brew espresso just like a pro. The milk frother creates perfect foam for lattes and cappuccinos, and everything is easy to clean. It looks stunning on my counter and performs flawlessly. Highly recommend to anyone who loves quality coffee at home!

I have purchased various espresso machines over the years (Gaggia etc) and been left very disappointed in the coffee I could make at home. I always ended up selling those products and going back to buying my coffee every morning from my local amazing coffee shop. I was resigned to never being able to easily replicate good coffee at home. How wrong I was. This machine is incredible. I consider myself a coffee snob. I only buy good beans and I only visit the quality coffee shops we have in our area. You will not find me in any of the franchise coffee shops. My first attempt at a cappuccino just blew me away. Its so easy to make it. The menu system helps guide you through it and you cant really get it wrong. It grinds the perfect amount of coffee, pulls the perfect shot and foams the milk to perfection. I have only had this machine 2 or 3 days and I have not been back to my local coffee shop. Now I just need to learn how to make those pretty patterns using the foam. I promise that you will not be disappointed in this machine. I highly recommend you watch videos online and see for yourself. Its not a full automatic so please do not expect to press Cappuccino and one magically appears before your eyes. There is some input needed but that's what makes it so fun. The milk is all done by the machine so you do not need to do anymore more than put the milk in the jug, place it in the right place and press the button. Then pour it into your drink. Its so easy! Big kudos to Breville for making one hell of a machine. You will not be sorry if you get one of these. Its not cheap for sure but its not Breville Oracle Touch pricing either. Purchase and pick up from Best Buy was simple and easy as always.

The setup and programming is super easy. The YouTube tutorial clips were also very helpful in learning all the ways to use and clean it. I’m a novice coffee maker and this let me step up my game over a simple drip coffee. With having organic beans you can tell the freshness with the built in grinder. I will say I’ve got to put in the work with a little cleaning after each session to keep it clean. Overall its a good coffee machine and gives you a variety of options with the touch of a button and easy instructions.

This is the machine to get if you have no clue what your doing. Screen walks you through everything you need to do and you can have cafe quality beverages without paying the high markups at your local coffee shop.

After extensive research on Espresso machine at this price, this is one the best for features. it is much easy to use, if one get familiar with basics of Espresso making this machine will make one make decent drinks in few tries. with every espresso brewed one learn more about more variables and how to control them. machine was very easy to setup as display walks one through, i have watched quite a few youtube video so i was quite familiar what to expect. even though it is expensive but most Espresso machines are. the best feature on this machine is almost no wait between shots and froth as heat system is quick with in 3 seconds of turning on unit. Built grinder is very easy to use. I was debating between Pro and touch model. i want the auto froth feature and Touch screen is a bonus form me, it helps quite a bit communicating what going on during brew cycle. Froth temperature of 160 F is decent Warm for Latte and Cappuccino, some people think it should be high, most Baristas recommend 150-160 temp, brewed coffee is also should be 190-195F other wise it looses taste. I own Technivorm Moccamaster Coffee machine for Brewed coffee so Breville touch will be strictly used for Milk based Coffee. i owned Nespresso for a while, the pod coffee get very expensive if you use multiple cups every day. this machine will be so much cheaper and pays for it self with in a year if you compare with Nespresso or Starbucks. quality of froth and Espresso is much better than Nespresso. If you have good quality Grinder there is bambino machine for half the price. I got Best buy 2 year warranty for peace of mind i wish they would have offered 3 year warranty.

You’d be grounded to find a better coffee machine. It does come at a premium, but do believe that every delicious cent is worth it. After owning this machine for an entire month, I now understand more about coffee than I ever thought I’d imagine, and I enjoy it more because of it. For the absolute freshest and best tasting coffee, select beans which has a “roasted on” date within fifteen days of the time of purchase. In short, the Barista Touch is well worth the investment. Not only is it sleek and will become a centerpiece of your kitchen, it’s fun to use, and brews a superior cup. I haven’t felt the urge to visit a café since purchasing the Barista Touch, I just want to explore the variety of beans out there. I think that’s the highest compliment you can give the device.

After buying this machine, I haven't bought coffee from a street vendor since. I love this machine because it has all sorts of ways to make your coffee.
