I’m glad i’ve decided to buy this Espresso Machine easy to use and the the best part of it looks elegant and it looks good on my counter, the touch screen is so easy to use, I don’t need to go Starbucks to buy coffee anymore i can make my Favorite Caramel Machiatto and Latte, totally recommend this machine.

I got my machine 1 month ago. I've had so many issues with it.
- hot water is not hot! It's just lukewarm. my americanos come out at 145 F on average. I can just drink the whole glass at once because it's not hot. I tried warming everything up by running the machine once without coffee, but not a whole lot difference. The highest I ever got to was 150 F.
- The automatic frothing (which is the whole reason I got this machine) is miserably broken. It only gives me a watery milk at the bottom, and lots of bubbles and foam over the top. None of that silky milk texture that you need in order to have a proper latte. Take a look at he photos, this is as good as the automatic frothing of the milk gets.
- The group head is misplaced and a little too high, I have to fill my portafilter with 22 grams of coffee (rather than 18) to have a proper puck.
My friend got the same machine 2 weeks after this, and he doesn't have these issues. His americano is at 170 degrees, milk is always silky, and pucks are filled with exactly 18 grams of coffee.
I have contacted them, but I haven't felt the support that I was hoping for yet. We will be doing a video chat with the support to see if things can be fixed.
I have a lot of Breville products and I considered them the best. But this experience has changed my mind and I think I'll have to switch to another brand.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience with your appliance. We would very much like to see if we can assist you. Since this is a public forum I would ask you to file a new Case through this Breville web link https://www.breville.com/us/en/support/breville-support.html with a subject line of BV211103bbMR-2. Also, make sure to add your contact details with phone and email and I will make sure to follow up personally. So easy to use! We have had this machine for a month now and neither my husband or I have bought a coffee out since purchasing. We make delicious lattes and americano coffees right at home. Having this coffee machine in my kitchen motivates me to get up in the morning. So happy with our decision to purchase it.

My experience with the best coffee machine has been nothing short of exceptional. From its unparallel brewing prowess to its user-friendly, design and enduring durability, this coffee machine has truly elevated my coffee brewing experience to unpresented levels of satisfaction.

Very happy with my breville machine. I was a little intimidated at first as I’ve never owned a coffee maker like this, but it was easy to learn. Also takes the prep work out of making coffee as the water tank holds enough water for a few days (for 2 people), as does the coffee bean spout. I just wake up and push 2 buttons to grind the beans, tamp them, then lock that into place, press one more button and I’m done!

Nice looking brewer which seems well made. Setup takes a while but is straight forward. It also takes some practice using this brewer but after the initial learning curve it is fun to use. Lots of options to choose from on the screen. Water heats incredibly fast and temperature of brewed choice is great. Cleaning up after several uses isn’t as much fun but is an acceptable annoyance. Storage behind the tray is a nice convenience. Overall an expensive but well designed brewer.

I was a bit intimidated by this machine and th le idea if concocting my own drinks at home. With the purchase of a few ingredients and this machine I have been able to whip up all my regular picks from my super expensive coffee shop. It’s super easy to use and delivers a better tasting drink than the coffee shop.

Purchased this for my wife’s she absolutely loves it, we had a difficult time adjusting the grinder dial with different types of espresso beans. Eventually we got it though. I highly recommend this if coffee ain’t doing it anymore.

This is the best coffee we’ve ever had. I can’t even drink from anywhere else now. If you’ve been on the fence about getting it like me for years. Just do it!

I love this scaled down version of the Breville Oracle touch. This one has the touch screen and it requires you to grind and tamp the coffee down. I love doing this and am getting better at it. Somehow figuring out the grind size isn't as hard on this machine as it was on the Oracle Touch. I ended up ruining one cup of coffee but it showed me I needed to set the grind size lower. The next cup was perfect. I love the tamping down and using the razor to get the perfect amount of coffee.

I've been a coffee lover for more than 45 years. This is one the most powerful, versatile, and intuitive machines I have used to brew my espresso coffee. I enjoy being able to grind, brew, and froth using one unit; I also appreciate the clean lines and stainless steal finish. If you are interested in a espresso maker that doesn't break the bank but offer most of benefits provided by more expensive and, usually, harder to use units, purchase this one.

This is our first espresso machine. We decided to soend the extra over the barista espress because this one can provide you with step by step instructions and walks you through the process of making each drink. You can also do it manually once you get the hang of it, if you want something more refined.
