Expensive but over great espresso machine. A bug step up from my previous Nespresso machine.

LOVE the machine. This is a review for Best Buy's price match policy. Apparently, you only have 15 days to have your item price matched, as opposed to plenty of other stores where the time period is a month or more. We purchased this 18 days ago at full price, only for it to go on sale for a whopping $200 off today. We tried to get a price match, but the policy says we're three days overdue and no one will help get us anything back — not even a store credit.
I was told I can purchase a "Best Buy Plus" membership to extend this period to 60 days on future purchases, which is insane. I won't be doing that. Again, great product that I HIGHLY recommend, but I would not buy it from Best Buy...
Broke slightly after the two year warranty was up.

The grinder broke slightly after I had it for two years and it was out of warranty. I sent it in for repair at Breville. They charged me $330.00 and it still isn’t working. I get about a quarter cup of coffee and it tastes horrible. I am going to try a different company.

Makes great coffee, but does not hold up all that well. For over a grand, I expect a coffee maker last a long, long time.

Bought this recently, and having trouble getting espresso timing right. Minimum water run is set for 15 seconds, which is too much water. Need to perfect it to Italian mini shot. Any recommendations are appreciated! Rep please call me :)

This was such a great purchase! We have had our eyes on this machine for quite some time. We finally bought it and immediately agreed after our first cup of coffee that it was worth every penny!! If you are on the fence - no need to be! We are beyond happy and every morning coffee feels like a luxury!

We’re having constant issues with this machine. First one we bought didn’t work after setting everything up. It would only grind a tiny amount of beans and realized the grinder was faulty. We returned it no issues with Best Buy and was able to exchange it for one that worked great…until it didn’t. We’ve had it two months and noticed it wasn’t producing enough pressure for an espresso. And the suddenly….the same grinding issues as the first machine. Now it’s out of its return window and I have to go through Breville directly. I love Breville but this has just been a disaster of a machine from day 1.

As an espresso novice, this machine has been incredible! Easy to set up and use once you get your settings right. You can make coffee shop quality drinks right at home. Definitely like and would recommend to anyone in the market for a high-end espresso machine.

This espresso machine is amazing! After a few test shots and dialing in, I’m making delicious flat whites. I love being able to customize my drinks and the ability to texture milk automatically or manually depending on how involved I want to be.

I finally broke down and splurged on this espresso machine. I love it! It took me a handful of times to get the hang of it, but it is actually pretty easy. My guests over the holidays were impressed! It looks pretty in my counter.

Mine stop working after a year, seal went bad, sent it off to Breville to get seal replaced they charged me $249.00 to put a seal in it was a $6 part . Got it back now water is leaking out the back. How do you replace a seal and not check and make sure everything is ok. Very UPSET.

The machine is well built with this price. The coffee taste pretty good, through it requires some practice at the beginning. I love that it allows both automatic and manual frothering, and it’s pretty good and easy!

I love it. The temperatures are easy to read. I can froth the milk faster than the previous model which lasted me over 10 years. I am able to program by name how much and for how long to make the expresso.
