I lift weights almost daily. It takes a great amount of my strength to get the portafilter to its proper position. The entire machine moves as I try to turn it into position. I think there is a defect in the unit Best Buy sent me. There are times too when the filter remains stuck in the machine. I plan to return it. Really disappointed they would sent a defective product to one their Best Buy Elite customers.

the machine was great for about a month and a half and then it stop working so we spend over a thousand dollars for a machine that no longer works. Very disappointed

Warm coffee that gets cold in few minutes. Breville is always sold out on filters and any essential replacement part for this machine.

It simply does not make good coffee. I've owned good espresso machines, this is not one. Plus BestBuy claimed they shipped it and they didn't, then it came very late. The entire transaction has been unsatisfactory.

Greatest personal espresso machine I've owned. I got a recommendation from my Italian best friend. He was not wrong.
Espresso comes out better than any cafe I've been to in NYC. My wife and I spent the first 7 years of our relationship going out to Cafes Saturday/Sunday mornings to start our day. We don't even go out to Cafe anymore.
Best Bang for Buck espresso machine. Takes a little effort and the learning curve is small. The auto frother gets the temp and the foam as consistent as possible and if you're not happy, you can manually froth.
Go for it!

LOVE the Breville Barista Touch Espresso Machine! The cost point is high but waited for a sale plus used a store credit so I wouldn't feel so bad spending so much money for an espresso machine lol. The quality of espresso this machine produces is top notch and the touch screen makes it so easy. I love how you can adjust the settings to your own personal tastes. I always like that you can create your own setting, name it your name, and from that point forward you just press your name for your specific cup of deliciousness. I'm well pleased with this purchase!

I’ve always enjoyed making my coffee with a more manual espresso machine, but this is a great “best of both worlds” experience. It’s also esthetically pleasing compared to more pricey machines from other brands.

We absolutely LOVE this machine! It’s exactly what we have been looking for after many unhappy experiences with other espresso machines. It is easy to use and produces quality espresso. We are very pleased!
