we have baked cakes, cup-cakes, grilled cheese, grilled sandwiches & cookies and so far all of them have come out really well. So far a perfect 100% record for all of the items we have tried to make.

Only complaint is the old one we had lost its mojo after 7-8 years. At this price, it should last longer than that. Nevertheless, it's probably one of the best ovens in its class out there, if not the best, so we had no reservations about getting again. (Be careful: metal exterior can get awfully hot.)

Wow! Exceeded my expectation. Heats up VERY fast..

The toaster oven both looks and works great. The controls are intuitive and conveniently located on the front. The rear of the oven gets very hot so if you intend to unplug it soon after after each use (we do for safety reasons), don't accidently touch the back - it will burn you.

This oven is spacious and accommodates a large variety of food. In addition iit saves $$$ on electricity. You will love it!

We owned the larger version of this unit for years and were very happy with it. When it died, we opted for a smaller unit from another company and found it very difficult to use and not at all intuitive. We bought this model with a couple months as we were so frustrated. This works great - controls are simple and we're pleased.

Perfect size for our motor home. Love the quality and simplicity of Breville products. They are definitely more $ but worth it in the long run.

Cooks very well. Like the preheat mode on the screen.

Love my Breville toaster oven - it does everything!

Now that I’ve been using it for a few weeks, I’m happy with my purchase. Toasting is very even no matter where you put the slices. I baked in it the other day for some fries (came out crispy). Reheated chicken came out good too. Overall I’m very satisfied with this Breville product.

This toaster can replace your oven if you aren't cooking large portions. I haven't really gotten too deep into all the features but it works well for kids frozen foods(pizza fries etc). It's prob overkill for toast though. And it takes up quite a bit of real estate. Would not recommend for tiny apts.

Just bought this Breville compact smart oven toaster. Totally dig the price, it's not too expensive; consider all the features it can do and will help my daily life. The unit cost is cheap and I totally dig my new Breville smart over toaster!

I don't have to use my big oven just to heat up a couple of pizza slices! That saves a lot of energy! Has a timer too, love that.

I use the oven a lot more than I ever thought I would. It is much faster to pre-heat than the traditional oven. It cooks very well and does not burn things like the cheaper toaster ovens do. I don't know how I lived without this in the Kitchen. I use it every day.

I bought and returned several toaster ovens and finally settled on this one. This toaster oven is just better in every way than the others!
