    My previous toaster oven was inexpensive. This time I paid a little more and glad I did. Very stylish and cooks food perfectly. Only drawback is the rack does not come out when you open the door. Overall a great toaster oven.

    OVEN DOES NOT HAVE AN INTERIOR LIGHT WHICH NECESSITATES USING A FLASHLIGHT THE WIRE SHELF DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EXTEND MEANING YOU HAVE TO REACH INTO A VERY HOT CONFINED SPACE

    No response from Breville. Trying to get a replacement for the broiler pan which came with a defective enamel finish. We love the performance of the oven!
