Door wouldn't close when crumb tray was installed. Obvious factory lack of quality control. No problem returning it at Best Buy. This is not to imply that these ovens are all defective. Maybe I just got a bad one.

Posted .We're sorry to hear of your experience. It sounds like the crumb tray wasn't properly installed. The crumb tray should be installed below the door when the door is closed. Here's a video for reference.

Expensive toaster that can’t

Functionality is subpar. Only gluten-free items bake well in this oven. The toast feature takes about 12 minutes to get dark brown.

Doesn’t get hot enough!

Doesn’t get hot enough to cook anything else no matter what the setting unfortunately. I thought I was a higher tier Best Buy customer and thought I had more time to return than 14 days, unfortunately found out the hard way. Not sure what to do now...

Great little toaster oven!

For me the smaller size is a big advantage, the main reason why I bought this product. It is big enough for what I need (toast a bagel/toast or two in the morning) without taking too much space. Being smaller, it's super fast. Very easy to operate. And unlike other smaller items, this feels like a quality product. The only issue I have with it is that it is expensive, but it's a bit of a niche of the market, so probably understandable. All in all, love it!

It doesn't make a peep. Not worth jumping thru the hoops to get another one, but I am quite disappointed in this product.

It’s completely quiet until a please chime when the toast is ready. It toasts perfectly if you set the slices right. It’s sizable but not too big. And the slide out tray is easy to clean.
