Works great. Grind granularity and auto cup count are useful particularly in the morning before the fog has lifted.

It is just what I was looking for, a burr grinder. There were a number of reviews that indicated that it needs a ground to eliminate the static built up in the grounds holder. I agree this can happen and noticed some static, but it does not bother me. Also people commented about it being messy, but you are grinding coffee. I have been using it for over a month now and have not had to clean up any coffee grounds. the ground end up in the container where they are supposed to be, maybe there is some spilling, but I have not had this problem. Overall, I am very happy with it. I kept holding off purchasing a burr grinder due to the cost, but when it was on sale and with Best Buy reward certificates I liked the price. I like the fact that I can grind for both French Press and for drip coffee. I think it is a good purchase and a good unit.

Excellent in options and quality of grinding but take off two points for the design. The machine is large and bulky but can only grind a small amount of coffee at a time. Transferring the ground coffee to a container always ends up with a mess, due to the poor design of the grounds container. And there are always loose beans left in the grinder, ready to spill out and make a mess as well. It is not cheap machine so was hoping for a more user friendly design. The quality and control of the grinding is excellent however and it is very easy to use except for the mess at the end...

Hopefully the last coffee grinder we ever have to buy! We got such a great deal on this and it works so well, I wish I had bought several. I love that you can select the grind settings as well as the number of cups. Use it every day and I absolutely love how consistently good my coffee is every morning! As always, the Best Buy shipping was super fast!

For the price, you won't find a better burr coffee grinder. I think it grinds fine enough for espresso to produce 9 bar pressure, but I'm no expert. Only flaw really is the imprecise controls and the container the grounds fall into has a lot of corners, leading to accumulated grounds.

This is an exceptional grinder, with a few design hiccups that hinder ease of use. It has simple, but straightforward and helpful settings such as the fineness of the grind and the amount, and the consistency of the grind is excellent. The motor so far seems to be excellent and doesn't show any signs of failing anytime soon, and the value of this grinder as it can often be found on sale for around $60. The only major cons I can think of is the design is somewhat unwieldy at times. It can be hard to remove the chamber where the coffee grinds are deposited. Excess grind can also accumulate near here and prevent you from fully inserting the chamber, which then balloons the problem. Easy enough to work around if you're aware of it, but I wasn't at first.

got it on sale, and had a gift card that was fixing to expire. Works fine for what I use it for. I'm not a barista so I can't find anything to complain about.

So far this has turned out to be a great purchase. I’m pleased with the grind of the coffee and the machine is quiet and doesn’t make a lot of noise. The design fits with my kitchen design. I’m glad I purchased it.

We have had coffee grinders before that just didn’t last. This model is attractive, very efficient, easy to operate and clean. We love it and actually look forward to grinding fresh coffee. Highly recommend!

I got this on sale for about $30-40 and have used it daily since then. I don't do espresso, so I have zero issues with it. I like the quality and design of this product.

An excellent grinder. Lots of gradations of grind. Easy to use. Easy to clean. I find it to be an attractive addition to my kitchen. I took away one star because of how loud it is. I really don't need to drink the coffee to get fully awake. The sound does it for me. Otherwise, works very well. The only question left is durability. Since I have only used it a few times, I can't comment on that yet.

It was good while it lasted. Only 4 months. Just past the 90 days return policy. Purchased this item new, not open-box. It ground the beans just fine for our espresso machine. The container that catches the grinds makes a mess all over the counter. Then one day it just kept humming and wouldn't grind the beans anymore.

Great range of grind levels, excellent for pour over coffee makers. Works great and matches my Moccamaster coffee maker perfectly.

So many positive reviews leave me wondering - am I crazy...or are the reviews legit? This grinder grinds. It does that job pretty well. It is not too noisy, no ear splitting screech (appreciated!) It's not bulky & looks decent. But The delivery of those well ground beans is a mess! The compartment receives ground beans from a hole in its top. You slide this box out to get your coffee grinds. It creates static, causing grinds to stick all over the grind box, and eventually you. But, honestly, I'm willing to accept that grinding coffee creates some mess...I am ok with that But This grinder leaves about a tablespoon of grinds in the machine. This tablespoon or more does not make it into the box you retrieve your grinds from. It is stuck in the delivery shaft and to get them out, because FRESH grinds is the point of a $100 grinder, those remaining grinds have to be knocked loose all over my counter every. morning. Every morning I have a tablespoon of grinds to clean up off the machine, my counter, and me. Lots of static means machine has grinds on it too. I have tried multiple ways to fix the issues, but no success. At this price point, there shouldn't be an issue that makes using the product, a frustrating mess.
