After reading reviews was not sure but so glad we tried. Great cup of coffee. There was a funny smell but found out it’s not in the coffee or machine but the rubber sleeve holding the carafe. No big deal. Great quality.

This Brim coffee maker is a treat. One tip is after making coffee and cleaning up tip the maker over the sink and empty the remaining water. I’m thrilled with this coffee maker. Fill it to the rim with Brim.

This coffee maker is great, easy to use and clean. I've been running daily with no issues and used in coffee pop up for a 2 days event running back to back for 8hrs a day.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. Though, I know if the glass breaks they’re not easily replaceable so be careful. This happened to my friend and they contacted the manufacturer to no avail.

This is a good pour over coffee make and works great. However the glass jar is too weak and breaks easily. It's not as durable as drinking glasses. Brim is not a good company to stand behind their products. They make you purchase a whole net set; they wouldn't sell just the jar. Tgey have one fir 6 cups, obviously that wouldn't work for this coffee maker. Very frustrating. If there is a way to give them zero stR, i would.

The carafe does not come with a handle but it’s wrapped in a rubber sleeve so toy can grip it. My wife has trouble holding on to it because the neck is so wide. I have average size hands and it still doesn’t feel like a secure grip. I tried to find an optional carafe with a handle, but couldn’t. Coffee is good, but it’s a pain to use.

Coffee doesn’t have a burned taste after done but doesn’t stay warm for long.

My daughter-in-law had sampled this coffee maker at a friends home, and raved on the "perfect" cup of coffee. So I bought her one for Xmas. They have been using it all week, and couldn't be happier!!

This was purchased for a gift. I received the coffee maker with security tape and shipping labels stuck to the actual product box. Ends are damaged and looks like anything but new. Roughed up during shipping. Very disappointed and will return to store.

I was very excited about getting this machine as i love pour over coffee. Well it smelled and tasted like burnt wires and plastic. I ran vinegar and water through it repeatedly and still didnt go away. Called the company and was told id get an email that I never received. Exchanged it and the same thing. Bad product horrible customer service

I just tried my new Brim "pour over" coffee maker for the first time and I am happy with my purchase. The coffee maker is easy to use, looks great, does not take up too much space, and makes up to 8 cups of delicious coffee. I switched from an electric percolator because I read that the pour over type makes a smoother richer tasting coffee, and I agree. I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the coffee is not as hot as it is with a percolator, but I usually reheat my coffee in the microwave anyway because I like it very hot. Best Buy has the best price I found for this product!
