Blu-ray dosen’t work

Tried it in different blue ray players and same resault. It starts up and you see the universal studios logo and then it stops. Tried returning it for an exchange, and they wouldn’t exchange it. At least the digital code worked. The movie itself was great. But the two stars is because I am stuck with a worthless disc, that Best Buy wouldn’t exchange.
