I take my massager to work every day. My co-workers are constantly borrowing it because it really helps with neck and back pain. I love that it is cordless. People often scoff at the price until they use it.... I promise, it is worth every penny!

It does a very good job in a chair but not very convenient while in a car.

Very comfortable strength and positon when lied on it or lean on it in a sofa. I did not use hot option very much since I'm in California but it might help blood circulation I guess.
