||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this unit online and didn't know that I cannot return it whenever it's opened (if I buy ink, I agree that I cannot return for sure). In addition, they sent me the unit with a return form which made me think that I can still return...Then, I tried on my printer and it didn't solve the problem. Therefore, I have to purchase a new printer and keep this unit for nothing now.

Wrong product

However, I received only the drum unit which is an empty drum to place your cartridge in it. I have opened it not knowing this so I don't think I can return it or they will probably charge me a restocking fee. I may as well keep it for future use. I had to run out to another store and purchase the toner because I was totally out of toner. Buyer beware, it is only an empty drum. Perhaps the wrong product number is posted?
