My printer is somewhat dated and I needed cartridges for the system. The best Buy was the only store immediately in my area to have them and at a reasonable price.

when you have a specific brand, you need to use that particular ink. I think for the money, the printer is a great little workhorse and the ink is fine but it just seems to run out and not last that long but again, for the money, I think the ink is fine and consistent for the work I do

After using generic ink cartridges, I decided to go back to the name brand. For the most part I'm very please. I just need to make sure that I use all the ink before it goes dry.
