    While there are many good reviews of this item there are also many negative reviews. I have seen multiple DOA reviews on this item and I know that there are always "lemons" with any items, I am unhappy to be one customer with a DOA item. Best Buy has been very good to accept a return and they are sending another. So all in all, I am still hopeful to receive a drive that will work and perform as others have said it does.
