A high end, very nice refrigerator, installed by an expert named JR. if only Best Buy had sent JR first I’d have only good things to say. But he was the fifth person they sent, after multiple frustrating telephone conversations with customer service. In the end, Shannon was wonderful and finally made it all happen correctly. So I’m now very happy, but only after over 2 months of aggravation.

Terrible! Where do I even begin! The installers came and almost immediately said they couldn’t install due to not being able to bolt in the refrigerator in properly. They then instructed me to have a wooden shelf put in to have something to bolt the refrigerator into. I had to hire someone, it took 5 hrs and $100. Then there was a HUGE rescheduling fiasco! It FINALLY was installed and turns out the first installers were wrong! All of that hassle for nothing!!!

Luxury design consultation is not up to par. I would have rather gone with a company that specializes in high end built in appliances. My fridge doors are uneven and the size recommended was an issue. There us still a side panel missing. The install is stio not complete.

I purchased a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator from Best Buy a few weeks ago. The delivery was on time, and the men who installed it were polite and helpful. However the refrigerator arrived damaged when they took it out of its box. The dents were not visible once the refrigerator was installed in my kitchen, so I opted to take a discount on my purchase price to compensate for the damage. The biggest issue was that after the delivery men left, the internal ice maker didn’t work. It would make ice but at such a slow pact that after 48 hours I only had about 10 cubes! I spoke with Best Buy customer service by phone about this, but all they did was send the same delivery people out to my house. They couldn’t figure out the issue, and so I called Best Buy again. This time the agent told me she would be sure to send out someone who is familiar and knows this brand of refrigerator, and the Total Tech person would come out and take care of it. For the 3rd time, they sent out 2 men who do deliveries and installations, but had no idea why the ice maker was so slow. After they left, I received a phone message from Best Buy saying i need to call the customer service for Fisher & Paykel since it’s still on warranty. I called them and they will send someone out to check on the issue in mid-August. That is 2 months after I purchased and had delivered my new refrigerator! The Best Buy agents I spoke to all 4 times (one time for the dented unit) were friendly and nice enough, but each time they just sent out 2 delivery men who didn’t know why they were here and didn’t know anything about his brand. My question is: Why not just have Fisher & Paykel deliver and install these refrigerators, instead of wasting all that time and money sending these poor guys to my home for something that’s not in their expertise? I have had good experiences with Best Buy up until now, with many TV purchases and recently a high-end dishwasher. But this experience has left me feeling very apprehensive about their customer service and follow-through. BTW, i love this Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, other than the cosmetic dent and the slow ice maker. Next time I would buy this less-know brand from a local specialty appliance store.

Third party a bit late, but once they arrived I could not ask for more. They took charge and gave me back my life.

The installation was GREAT. Waiting for it was another matter. Got help from corporate BB and we ccx appreciated that. The guys that came were very nice, well mannered, and knowledgeable. This is an 850 pound fridge and was very difficult to get in place. Nice job guys!!!

The service that I received was incredible, even after installation! I am thrilled with my purchase. I shopped Sub zero, which I thought I wanted, not after Thermador its so high quality!! I even bought a dishwasher too! they are beautiful !!

They knew what they ere doing. came in and quickly and efficiently installed the huge built-in fridge. there are issues with electrical and water locations, and they fixed them to my satisfaction.

It seems to be a fine refrigerator. It replaced a subzero which was much larger but it has enough refrigerator and freezer space for me. The temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer is maintained and I have not had to reset anything since it was installed.

The technicians who delivered and installed our new refrigerator, and removed our old unit could not have been more courteous, efficient, professional, and accommodating. The built in refrigerator that we purchased was a very heavy and unwieldy appliance, and the installers managed to perform all tasks smoothly, and without leaving the slightest blemish on any of our walls, floors, or ceilings. This was no minor feat as the refrigerators are extremely large and cumbersome. We are more than satisfied by the professional services that your people provided.

The delivery men did a good job, not anything extra. They did what they needed to do and nothing more. No complaints.

Best Buy did a poor job installing the refrigerator. I have to wait another 2 weeks for installers to come out to fix it. The fridge and freezer were not squared properly and the water and ice panel does not function. Not to mention that the doors are hard to open and close.

When we bought the GE monogram refrigerator side-by-side, we had to buy the waterline connections, but we found out later that we needed connections that wouldn’t collapse the plastic tubing when connecting compression fitting coupling. We had to substituting a metal compression ring to a plastic compression ring used to connect two pipes or a pipe from our osmosis filter.

Very professional installation and they were all so nice! They were careful and cleaned up after themselves. It was a very positive experience!!

I paid for a delivery service of my Sub Zero refrigerator. Being a very expensive refrigerator, I would only trust Best Buy white glove delivery service. It was the best money spent. It was perfect, no worries, no stress. I chose to make this expensive purchase with Best Buy for the customer care and superb delivery service

The install of my refrigerator was perfect. Texhnicians were very knowledgeable on the appliance and walked me through the features after the installation was complete.

Jenn Air fridge is beautiful and all works well. Lots of nice features installed in a timely professional manner. Love it

Brought in the new fridge and hooked it up with the water line. Did not center things up in the space or balance the fridge. I ended up doing that part.

Installer arrived on time and appropriately installed our new built in refrigerator. The work needed some minor modifications to get the new one installed. We appreciated the flexibility and patience of the installer in completing these tasks.
