Water line not needed

Nightmare in our kitchen!

After three no-shows, somebody finally showed up but did a horrible and incomplete job installing every aspect of our entire kitchen. Pieces were left unattached, wire were connected wrong, items didn't work, doors not level, and more. After waiting two more weeks to try to get the installations corrected and finished, I finally gave up on Best Buy / Geek Squad. Never again!

Horrible Installation Experience

The installation company retained by Best Buy had little to no experience installing high-end fridge/freezer columns. We had to hire another company to undo their work and install properly. Horrible experience.
