This is a 3rd party installer, and not Best Buy Geek Squad. Unprofessional and unreliable, you’d be better off seeking a true custom installer as the group will not handle any real custom work.

Didn’t hook up ice maker right. They told me it was broken and I’d have to call Thermidorian for a warranty repair. Thermador charged me 300 dollars for a service call because there was nothing wrong with it. The installer just didn’t turn the valve on.

Do not use Best Buy for any appliance installations. The installers were unable to make any alterations to water lines. They said it had to be bolt on installations. I have no plumbing experience and fixed it easily. This is my second bad experience with Best Buy installing appliances.

The folks at Pacific were knowledgeable and very helpful.

i had purchased installation from Best Buys because i wanted to have it installed by an authorized company, well it took 3 tries to finally have it installed correctly

Never would I use them to install appliances again. Worst service I've ever been given in my life. For $20k, one would expect excellent customer service and words cannot begin to express the unprofessionalism and lack of care from anyone. Do not pay for installation. Hire a contractor. Way better off.

Horrible. They no showed. No explanation. Lone star doesn’t answer their phones nor return text messages . Terrible. Irresponsible. Best Buy does not now what’s going on snd no one seems to be responsible for it.

Install was a complete let down, not sure if this was a breakdown at Best Buy or the delivery/shipment team but it was very disappointing. Add to this the unit was defective and can’t be replaced until June.

Never installed. They cant figure thing out and customer service cant figure out how to get a hold of the installation team. Spend 12K on a fridge that it is a box in the garage. Please reach out to me to resolve this issue.

it isn't the product did not work or of poor quality, I just didn't have to use it. When the installers came the part was not needed to install the refrigerator. the reason for the rating was the inconvenience of having to go back to the store to return it.

We bought very high end appliances from Best Buy and had them installed by Best Buy personnel. We had them come back 4-5 times before we got them correct and I seemed to have three different groups trying to schedule the same appointment.

The delivery has been cancelled 4 time. Wasted three full day waiting. Installation not done
