With all of the choices in coffee makers these days, it is a rather daunting task to choose one when a coffee maker crisis arises. All of the flash and glamour of the single cup lot, with their dainty countertop footprint and colorful carcasses can be tempting. As a loyal, lifetime Bunn user, the choice was not so difficult. My first BTX Thermofresh model lasted ten years. Ten years, brewing 2-3 pots a day, 7 days a week. I am afraid it would've lasted much longer had I taken better care of it. You never have to worry about burnt coffee, forgetting to turn a burner off or your second cup being cold. Your coffee is brewed super fast and stays hot and fresh for an hour. The only item on the "Cons" list would be: it will forever ruin you for any other coffeemaker. When a friend offers you coffee and you have to suffer through 20 minutes of the guttural groaning of a lesser maker struggling to give you 6 ounces of questionable coffee, you'll secretly judge your friend for their poor life choices.

This is my first Bunn home model, and it operates differently than typical drip-style coffee makers. True it does brew quickly, but you give up some features like automatic timer. The brewing process starts when you dump in the water. The other thing that is different is that the machine is always on - you pour in water the first time you plug it in, and the heater runs continuously. I'm sure it only costs pennies a month to do so, but that might be a considerations. Finally, I feel like the coffee it makes is weaker than a typical drip machine, owing to the fast brewing time. Bunn says that's a feature, but I am not convinced. The brew is smooth, but I notice a different and compensated by going to a darker roast with a finer grind to get a brew that I like. There's also a different nozzle that you can request for free from Bunn if you want to alter the brew time more. All in all I would recommend the machine, just know it's a bit different from normal drip makers.

When looking for a new coffee maker, I knew I wanted this model so I searched the internet. Best Buy, by far, had the best price and I liked the option of picking up at the store so I could choose the time and date. My husband is in charge of making the coffee and he LOVES this model. The coffee is hot, the right hot; the grounds are thoroughly saturated, giving the optimal flavor; it is automatic shutoff so we don't have to worry if the coffee maker is off; the coffee does not sit on a burner - thus, the operative word "burner". We don't have burnt tasting coffee. We LOVE this model. Can you tell?

Brews fast and stays hot for hours! The only downside I have found is that the carafe tends to drip when pouring.

Glad we bought the BUNN 10 cup coffee maker. It brews quickly, as advertised, and stays hot for several hours. Great investment.

Bunn brews fast and does that well. Its a zero frills machine. It brews quickly (~4 mins for a full pot) but does nothing else. There is not even a brew button.

One of the simplest to use coffee brewere, but at the expense of energy efficiency when used in always on mode. This allows for rapid brewing.

This pot brews fast, which is great. However, it brews so fast that it overflows regularly and makes a huge mess. It needs a larger filter then what it comes with to hold the water. Tastes great as lkng as I don't make more then 8 cups at a time, but I want to use it for 10 ...

This is my 2nd thermal Bunn coffee maker. The first one lasted almost nine years. It was great, but finally needed to be be replaced. I looked around at all different coffe makers, but finally came back to the Bunn. I had such great luck with my first one I decided to buy another one. I am so glad I did. I use this daily and it's simple design is perfect. I would highly recommend this maker to anyone looking for a perfect cup of coffee. Plus Bunn's have a three year warranty..

I've used a few different model Bunn coffee makers and this one I must give the highest rating. I enjoy the thermos kettle where before I've had to utilize a regular thermos bottle container. Plus, the kettle does not shatter like the glass ones. Highly recommend to my family and friends.

Bunn Thermofresh Coffeemakers are the best way to brew a pot of coffee! Three minutes for 10 cups of HOT coffee and because you don't need to have a burner on to keep it hot you save on your electric bill. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for at least 6 hours.

This bun coffee pot is the best one we have had. We like the new coffee pot design it doesn't drip and I think the coffee stays warmer longer and that's a plus. Over all its a great buy. Thanks
