    Constantly disconnected wouldnt work with google home, had to reset and repair multiple times, some resets wouldnt even recognize the light strip

    I have to say I don't know how the lights or app work, but I unboxed the lights and cut them to size for the back of my TV. The adhesive on the back was awful not sticky at all. So we exchanged it for a new one no problems at all best buy took it back and we went home with the new set of lights. I get home to the same problem. I returned them and best buy didn't have anymore in stock so I went to Target and had the same problem. I have tried 3 different sets of lights all with the same problem they do not stick to anything.

      Hi Shan, sorry for the inconvenience! We recommend cleaning the surface you wish to attach the light strip to with alcohol, and waiting for it to dry before adhering the light strip. Please give our support staff a call at 1-844-302-2943 for more info!

    I bought this for my son. He uses his light strip every day. He loves the fact that he can control the lights with his phone and basically create any color he chooses. Connecting to Alexa is a bit tricky though.

    To begin, the product is extremely expensive. The second problem I ran into was connecting the product- it could not connect for the life of me. When it did connect, the lights were not bright at all. Eventually they began to work but only for a few days then I ran into the next MAJOR problem. My phone was unable to connect to the device. I would factory reset but the lights wouldn't connect at all. I eventually gave up and am planning on returning them

    Lights come on by itself sometimes which is weird. Lights are bright and nice colors but only one setting. Lights don’t do rotation

    Light string fits perfectly for under-cabinet lighting! I love the option to change light temp during the day for best viewing and it doesn't strain my eyes!
