The refrigerator is too shallow should of bought with more depth

Beautiful refrigerator, ice maker is not great, but it works.

Delivery and connection was excellent, ice maker did not make ice. Had to wait two weeks for a technician. Spent a few minutes and stated had to order the parts, and now we wait to see when they will arrive and how long we are going to have to wait for an appointment.

Really like the cafe doors, the led lighting and the counter depth features of this refrigerator. Only 4 stars because it is a little noisy, but we do not have cupboards or wall on one side, that would probably limit noise.

Great design and easy to use. Food temperature setting are accurate. The finish is easy to clean. The Keurig coffee maker works great. So easy to use and water is filtered.

We had to return this refrigerator because we purchased it with the built-in Keurig coffee maker, and it kept leaking. We are huge coffee drinkers, and it really isn't built for caffeine freaks... So we returned and purchased the same model, without an exterior water dispenser. This gave it more door space which we ended up liking more. And it still has a water dispenser tube inside the refrigerator. To solve our caffeine fix, we purchased the built-in cabinet Bosch coffee maker which is amazing!

good fridge slow shipping, wish bestbuy had better communication with me on the delivery date.

Looks cool online, not so much in person. The gold handles are very muted. One of the doors won’t stay open, and the freezer won’t stay open without holding the handle(however it won’t actually close unless you push harder than you should).

Nice fridge but for the price disappointed with the workmanship. Seems around the door have insulation spray foam seeping out the door corners. GE really struggles with QA/QC too bad it is a nice product but all the appliances have issues from minor to major wish I bought a different brand and not from bestbuy. Struggle bus for both.

Had a very unpleasant experiance with my LG refrigerator, so with round 2 did not want a Korean made product. Seems like every brand has its issues but after all the reviews, GE has the least negative reviews about it. We have had the product for two months now and works great, Ice maker great. Only thing i can complain about is the water dispenses at an awkward angle when you put your glass under it, just an adjustment I needed to get use to. Also be careful if you pay attention to detail, For us the model Best Buy had on the floor was not the same series that was in current production (was a older version). So the model was the same but was a different version of it and that meant there was cosmetic changes to it. For use was a big deal because the version we received did not have the nice finishing touches the one on display had. The sales rep had no idea why they were different, a call to GE and found out it was the same model just a different series, made at a different time in the year. Just pay attention to the finishing touches from whats displayed to what is actually brought to your house. Overall GE product is very nice.

Big and stylish fridge. Expensive, but you get what you pay for with these things.

So far we love the frig. Haven't been able to ice maker to work yet but GE is sending someone out to look at it.
